Lovely apartment. One of the best to we have stayed in. Really nice small town. However.......
Wrong check in info given. It said ring bell we live next door, we rang for 10 minutes, then tried all phone numbers. Finally got someone who didn't speak English. But then someone called back, said it's self check in and will send instructions which they did but in italian when they knew I spoke English. Translator and a passing person worked it out. Would have been a rare 10 without this I might be generous with 9.

The design was lovely (except the fact there was a light switch to our room in the shared kitchen, which the other guest turned on 3 times around 1am). The shared kitchen area is not a great idea when there are rude, inconsiderate guest staying in the other room. He made coffee at 12:47am & was very loud with wrappers & food. The shower & bathroom were nice.
The bed was very hard & not comfortable, the light switch being accessible to others is a huge problem & caused us to get no sleep before a long day of travel
