Posizione ottima, per noi fondamentale il garage chiuso. Check-in e check-out rapidi.

In generale tutto in ordine e presente, giusto da segnalare delle piccolezze, presenti in altri appartamenti, come sale e pepe e una macchina per caffè. Come scritto nulla di fondamentale.

La ubicación era excelente al lado de la estación de tren. Piso muy cómodo y la estancia para 6 personas ha sido muy agradable.

Todo estaba bien.

The view is great and the location can't be beat, right on the river and very close to old town, tram stop, etc.

Be aware that the apartment is old and worn and shows its age. Weird flickering lights, problems with the toilet, old furniture, a loud water heater, and just a general sense of things being kind of old and worn out. We also had problems with the electronic/electric door lock which a couple times would not open leaving us feeling locked in. In reality there was another door that you could open from the inside (to leave) with one of the keys, and it also was possible but difficult to turn the locking mechanism by hand with this weird dial. But it was very disconcerting to have a lock that didn't work some of the time from the inside. Also the lack of AC is unpleasant. Also both of the bathrooms have no windows and no fans, which is extremely annoying.
