Mirador Catedral de Santiago

Central location, clean, good for a one night stay.

Check in information didn't arrive and needed chasing up by phone because messages were ignored. Luckily one of my party spoke Spanish and was able to speak on my behalf . It took several calls to get through and on the first successful call the phone was put down on me with a comment of "No anglaise"! Strange selection of crockery. Needs some bowls.

The location was very central, in the heart of old town streets. Windows directly on restaurants under so if you complain about people enjoying life, lauder music, people chatting or very morning deliveries truck maybe you should rethink location - for us was perfect. Very clean with comfortable bed. Our room had ceiling fan which was huge bonus with the high tempratures during our stay (I think without the nights could be tough). In the corridor you have kettle, small fridge and microwave which we found very useful.

Bit squicky floors in the corridors so you need to be respectful and careful not to wake up neighbours. At the first we had some dificulties to open main doors with the key, you have to practice a bit to get the right key possition :)

The rooms size and set up great, Location and cleanliness also great.

Shared private bathroom, this would be perfect if all the guests in 4 rooms are in sane party, but awkward otherwise.

It’s an excellent location and the bedrooms and bathrooms were of a good standard.

I booked our stay because we had an early flight the next morning and the listing said there was an airport shuttle. After I’d made the booking I messaged the owner asking for more details of the shuttle service and they said it was no longer in operation. Very frustrating and we had to spend a large amount of money on two taxis instead. It’s also a bit strange that despite having a microwave in the communal area, there didn’t appear to be any plates or cutlery.
