En pleno Casco Antiguo de Bilbao, fue sencillamente espectacular. El apartamento es precioso, cómodo, acogedor y está ubicado en un lugar inmejorable, perfecto para disfrutar de la ciudad y recorrerla caminando. Todo estuvo cuidado hasta el último detalle, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. Mercedes, su anfitriona, que fue un verdadero encanto: amable, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente. ¡Gracias, Mercedes, por hacer que nuestra estadía en Bilbao fuera tan especial

The spacious apartment was beautifully renovated and furnished. Mercedes couldn't have been more helpful. She went above and beyond to assist two of the four who stayed, when our flights home had been put back several hours. She collected us and our cases and took us to her beautiful new apartment, also in the Old Town - (opening soon) and kindly let us leave our cases there for 3-4 hours so we could explore the city a bit more, and then found us a taxi to the airport when we were having difficulty getting one. She and her husband were lovely and it was great to meet them.

Because of the nature of the old building there was no balcony which would have been nice - but as there's a bar just downstairs and many others close by it's no problem to pop out for a lovely breakfast or a drink and sit outside.

Location and comfort and of course our wonderful host Mercedes who was really flexible re arrival and departure times also gave us lots of advice and information Temperatures were v high 35 / 37 during our visit to Bilbao The apartment was very cool despite no air conditioning thanks to Mercedes
