Location great . Apartment as photos . Beds comfortable . Rooms spacious . Kitchenette ideal ,
There was building work in the stairwell .builders working . I hadn’t realised before we arrived . Apparently it was in the information , I hadn’t seen . An elevator is being installed . It will be a bonus for the building once it is complete .

De locatie, 2 stappen en je was op plaza nueva, midden in oude centrum.
Het trappenhuis was een bouwplaats, met bordjes dat je een helm op moest, veel stof, dit had bij boeken en gemeld moeten worden. Dus locatie is top, vandaar de hoge scores, naar de bouwput dat kan echt niet.

Ruim appartement zoals op foto’s getoond. Perfecte ligging vlakbij openbaar vervoer, bezienswaardigheden, horeca, leuke straatjes in de oude stad.
Geluidsoverlast van verschillende buren, luide muziek ‘s nachts tot 1u30. Lawaaierige bovenburen. Inkomhal is een bouwwerf door werken aan de lift en traphal. Hiervan zijn we niet op de hoogte gebracht vooraf, enkel bij aankomst werd dit duidelijk. Hiervoor mag een degelijke vermindering op verhuurprijs worden voorzien.
