Amazing fusion of nature and architecture

Very good location, extraordinary architectural solution. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, Bona speaks English very well. The garden is lovely with beautiful flowers, and the water from the spring is cool and clean. Fuurniture is very comfortable, and the place is clean and tidy. The price is very-very cheap; I think it could be even a bit higher to cover the expenses of better equipment (see below the disadvantages)

There's no kitchen. The fridge is very small and in the summer heat it was not really effective. You can ask anything, but it's a bit awkward to disturb the hosts everytime for a spoon, for a knife, for new roll of toilet paper and everything. So I think it would be useful to consider to equipe a very basic kitchen with cutlery, perhaps a microwave, or to offer breakfast for extra payment. (There are plenty of restaurants in the village, but you might want to stay at the premise, etc.) It could be useful, too, to put mosquito nets on the windows, since some insects invaded the room, when we opened the window in the upper room, where there's no AC, and the cool air from the lower one obviously stayed down.

Everything was as shown in the picture. Comfortable bed with a with electric blanket for winter. Nice touch from the host to give a more comfortable experience to the guest. Heating works really well and there are plenty of extra blanket if needed. There is a kettle a a mini fridge. Secure car park is provided and the last that owns the property speaks a good English. The view under the glass floor is really nice and if you turn off all the other lights it seams to be under water. Overall great experience.

Exceptional

The hosts are fantastic. Very nice and helpful. The room with the glas roof is very exciting and unique. We are really happy to stay there. We also loved the food of the Taverne Koco nearby and the visit of the St. Naum Monastery. Against our usual habit, we did the boat tour. And it was just the best. The clear water is beautyful.

Just a minor thing: a few more plates and knives would be good.

Place where at least once you should stay. Great experience!

Design and construction of the transparent floor is unbelievable. We will be happy to come back there. Hosts allowed us to check in earlier. Private parking in the garden is also a big plus. Good WiFi. Hosts are very welcoming and gave us also some recommendations about restaurants. We definitely recommend to stay there! Very nice area as well. Bot far from Pogradec and be honest in Tushemisht beaches were much better and cleaner.

Magical Experience

It was the event of a lifetime staying in a 250-year-old apartment sleeping on a glass floor watching a mountain stream flowing beneath me. Incredible stay and Incredible hosts.

A Quaint Village's Hidden Gem!

The family that runs the place is friendly and helpful. The apartment was warm and cozy, as were the beds; it was decorated in a traditional building and style. The floor is glass, and one can look at the spring bubbling below the building! Clear water, with fish; the water was cold, but refreshing. It's very quiet there, both day and night, great for relaxing. The whole experience was amazing to all of us, and we very much enjoyed our stay, hoping to visit again.

Most special accommodation I ever had

Just wow! This place is among the most special accommodations I have stayed. The photos don't do it justice, in reality the see-through floor is out of this world, weird but amazing sensation to walk above the small spring with some fish swimming. Happy we chose this place, I recommend you do the same! Tushemisht is a special little village and everything is in walking distance. All facilities in the room are very good too and the owners are friendly and genuine people.

Really nice apartment and worth a visit!

The apartment is actually an old family house that was renovated. They took out the old floor and put in glass floor so you can see the source and little fish swimming in the water. Our kids loved to watch them and to get fresh water directly in front of the apartment door. The second room is smaller. Both rooms are nicely furnished and cosy. Everything was really clean. The hosts are nice and welcoming. The neighborhood is really calm, so you could get a good nights rest.

Be careful, the road to the apartment is really difficult to enter with a big car! The location on google maps/booking is not at the exact point of the apartment.

Breathless apartment 😊

We totally enjoyed staying and sleeping there, and felt like a fairytale! I have already recommended to all of my friends and families and would definitely be back pretty 🔜 😄😄

Even though i loved everything...we would have liked to have had the chance to had breakfast or a coffee in the morning.

Le sol en verre est sensationnel, la situation géographique parfaite, les hôtes très sympathiques puisqu'ils sont venus nous récupérer et nous aider pour le stationnement de notre voiture.

Meraviglioso

Stanza meravigliosa si dorme letteralmente sopra l'acqua. Si accede tramite una piccola scala alla stanza superiore dove ci sono due letti e il bagno. Presente un frigo. Molto pulito e gentilissimi i proprietari che ci sono venuti incontro al centro del paesino. Costo irrisorio per una stanza del genere.

Mooie locatie bovenop de bron!

De glazen vloer is echt leuk om te zien. De locatie is moeilijk te vinden zeker met een auto wel een hele uitdaging. Locatie geeft een veilig gevoel. Mevrouw sprak goed Engels. We werden hartelijk ontvangen.

De 2de slaapkamer waar tevens ook de badkamer is. Dus ben je met 4 personen dan moet je door de kamer lopen om bijvoorbeeld naar het toilet/douche te gaan. 2de slaapkamer is erg warm..Airco zou op deze kamer ook fijn zijn. Tip voor de gastvrouw: wasrekje buiten voor je natte zwemkleding en een grote prullenbak neerzetten.
