The staff mostly, basically everyone was super nice, helpful and everything they need to be, the food was good, the rooms were good aswell with good lake view.

Just two things, the bathroom wasnt what i expected, there are obviously things that need to be fixed, thats all and the room was kinda hard to warm up and get to a cozy temperature, the AC wasnt quite enough for a cold weather, but if u let it for a longer time, its good.

Romantic place for couples, stunning views. Absolutely no-no if you don't have a car.

It's all about the views. It's 3 km away from town, up a steep hill, but the views are fantastic. That means you need to have your own wheels, and at night you have to take into account that the road is narrow and dark, but it's just 3 km. It's nice to have a restaurant on site. Different options for breakfast. I didn't like much the two I tried, but it's a nice place for dinner. The owner was very nice, offering espresso and macchiato with breakfast for free, although it wasn't on the menu.

There was some dust in the room when we arrived. I'm allergic, so I had to be careful. The day after it was cleaner.

Pretty disturbing

The only thing I found pleasing was the raw landscape in the surrounding filled with heavenly nature and great views of the lake in the distance.

So basically what happened is that I was initially planning to stay only for one night but my plans have changed allowing me to spend one more night. With the intention to keep hold of the room I already was in, the evening before my check out, I made sure I booked the same room for another day via Booking. Next morning I communicated this with the receptionist who told me that there shouldn't be any issues with my booking and most likely I will be able to stay for another day in my room. Couple of hours later, I got contacted and was told to move to another room because apparently the room I booked via booking was already booked and I got downgraded to another room which I eventually accepted. At this point I thought I could get on with this slight inconvenience but I couldn't have been further from the truth. Just before I went to bed, I started receiving calls from an unknown number who was pretty persistent in trying to reach me. Then he (which in turned out to be the owner) resorted to sending me aggressive sms messages scolding me of how horrible person I was for booking without really planning to visit the apartment. In reality, I was laying down on my bed visibly disturbed of the messaged I was receiving trying to make sense of this situation only to realize that the entire staff got confused thinking they had someone else with the same name as me who made a reservation and didn't act on it which is why I was told to leave the room I already booked. In a funny twist of events, I stole my own room from myself but this doesn't in any way excuse the inappropriate actions from the owner and the midnight calls I received. To make things worse, they didn't even properly apologize when I confronted them the morning after. What started as a relatively enjoyable stay, ended up in a series of calamities leaving me with no other choice but to rank this place pretty low.

I can genuinely recommend this place if you’re planning to stop in Ohrid!

A very charming place in the mountains, away from the hustle and bustle and far from the crowds. Easily accessible by car, with a beautiful view of the lake and a small church nearby. The restaurant was lovely the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. We stayed in the apartment for one night. It was small, but very cozy and charming. The bathroom was quite tiny, and there was a bit of an odor coming from it, plus the shower was cramped — but there was air conditioning, and overall it was perfectly fine for a short stay.

An accommodation worth a dedicated travel

The view is absolutely amazing. And it looks straight to the sunset. So watching the sunset from the jacuzzi is a truly extraordinary experience. The breakfast, as the other reviews described, is really great. The dinner we had as well. And the prices in the restaurant were not more expensive than the restaurants in the centre of Ohrid. The room is very spacious and the bed is huge. The staff was very helpful and nice. The place is not just worth the money, it is worth a dedicated travel.

Excellent view, bad facilities.

The view was excellent. It was quiet at night and the bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

There was mold everywhere. The bathtub was on the verge of collapse and it was repaired on all sides. Also there were a lot of centipedes at night so if you are planning to go in this place you should take with you something against bugs and insects. Bad smell from the toilet. The whole place needs a big renovation.

Great experience for the price - would definetly stay again at BRAVO! :)

The location, even though further from the Ohrid city, offers a great view over the Ohrid Lake - we loved it, especially having a morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the lake. Communication with the host was easy, and getting the key was as simple as it got. The owner was VERY pleased, even bought me drinks, and we had a great conversation about different topics... I loved it. Everything was like in the photos—very clean, well-maintained, and cozy. Breakfast was quite good, and they even packed us a lunch package the night before since we were leaving before breakfast time. This gesture was not expected but was well appreciated—BRAVO!

The only thing i can think of is if it were a little bit closer to the Lake and City.

Spectacular view from a spacious room a few repairs that need to be done

The view from the hotel is exceptional, amazing value for money, room was spacious and comfortable with lots of space for storage. The double jacuzzi bath with lights was fabulous at night with views of the lake and city. The breakfast was good and so was the other food at the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the deluxe room, there were a few things that were broken I.E blinds, towel rail, and shower screen. Water leaked through the shower screen each time we showered and wet the bathroom floor. These weren’t major issues but they should hire a handyman to repair them and make the stay more comfortable. One night there was very low pressure in the shower to the point where there was no water, this apparently is due to being in the mountains and a factor of the area. Be mindful that some taxis may not want to drive you to this hotel due to it being up a winding mountain either that or they will charge you extra. We had a local driver so he was used to the journey and it didn’t bother him.

Pleasant

The room was clean and it looked exactly like the pictures. However, I experienced three problems: 1. There are no blackout curtains in the windows and the existing roller shades do not do much about the light during the summer. Therefore, it was impossible for me to sleep after 5:30 in the morning. 2. Although the room and the bathroom were clean there was a strong disgusting smell coming out from the bathroom pipes. 3. The jacuzzi was not working.

When we arrive, they didnt know about my reservation. They dont infor me, tgat there will be loud musik until 3:00 (I travel with my man and 5years child). Morning after breakfast I want to speak with manager, they said to me, he is unvailable. In the bathroom smelled horrible. Never more this apartment.

The property is in a beautiful location with a stunning view of Lake Ohrid. The room is spacious and comfortable.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle without a door so the entire area tends to get wet - that’s not so much of a problem but there’s poor ventilation in the bathroom so it doesn’t dry and there’s a lingering smell of damp both in the bathroom and when first entering the room itself.
