- Close to city center
- bathroom separated from the toilet

- garage really narrow. If you have a big car, it will not fit
- no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage will take some time to take them up
- no shower soap/ dush gel or shampoo

The apartment met our expectations, even though our stay was short—just two nights. The location is convenient and well connected to public transportation. I would gladly stay here again. The parking is a nice bonus, though it’s quite narrow (even for a normal sized car) and not very practical due to the distance and the need to lock and unlock accouple of locks each time.
The instructions are clear, but they could be improved with higher-quality photos to better illustrate each step. Including a more explicit note about the stairs and the absence of an elevator would help future guests better understand the property conditions

Spacious apartment, Neat and Clean, Very quiet residential location with green surroundings, Very responsive host, Well equipped Kitchen, Very comfortable beds and neat Linen, Short taxi or tram to get to the city centre, A nice neighborhood Tesco Express and cafe / bar with the locals. Closed Garage about 150 m from the property which is perfect for small cars / sedans. The bathroom and toilet being separate is a boon as well.
Third floor without a lift was a bit of a hassle whilst checking in and out - not an issue if you are travelling light and will keep you fit :).

Clean and comfortable apartment close to the city center, yet located in a calm residential area, with a garage to park the car, so there's no need to hunt for parking spots and pay for parking. You've got everything you need within the neighborhood: grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and playgrounds. Great contact with the owner who's very helpful and responsive.
