2BR APT with garage parking, walking to centre and stadiums

The apartment was spacious and clean. It is located about 2 km from the city centre and has a private parking space. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything we needed (although it didn't have a pair of scissors), and the fridge was large. The staff responded quickly to our messages, and we were even able to check in before the usual check-in time. We also appreciated that the windows were fitted with insect screens, which allowed us to keep them open on hot summer nights without worrying about mosquitoes coming inside.

The few inconveniences were: The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. It can be quite tiring after a long day of walking around the city, or if you have five suitcases and groceries to carry upstairs. There is only a bathtub and no shower. This makes it difficult to shower because there is no shower curtain. The city tax is not mentioned in the listing. We also found it quite expensive compared to what we paid in other countries: €3 per person per day, which came to €36 for the four of us. For comparison, we paid only €6 in Latvia.

- Close to city center - bathroom separated from the toilet - good utensils in the kitchen - hot water came very quickly - big apartment - garage close to the location - host responds really quickly and very helpful

- garage really narrow. If you have a big car, it will not fit - no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage will take some time to take them up - no shower soap/ dush gel or shampoo

The apartment met our expectations, even though our stay was short—just two nights. The location is convenient and well connected to public transportation. I would gladly stay here again. The parking is a nice bonus, though it’s quite narrow (even for a normal sized car) and not very practical due to the distance and the need to lock and unlock accouple of locks each time.

The instructions are clear, but they could be improved with higher-quality photos to better illustrate each step. Including a more explicit note about the stairs and the absence of an elevator would help future guests better understand the property conditions

Spacious apartment, Neat and Clean, Very quiet residential location with green surroundings, Very responsive host, Well equipped Kitchen, Very comfortable beds and neat Linen, Short taxi or tram to get to the city centre, A nice neighborhood Tesco Express and cafe / bar with the locals. Closed Garage about 150 m from the property which is perfect for small cars / sedans. The bathroom and toilet being separate is a boon as well.

Third floor without a lift was a bit of a hassle whilst checking in and out - not an issue if you are travelling light and will keep you fit :).
