Lage ist sehr abgelegen, jedoch wollte ich genau das haben. Es war genügend Holz vorhanden um den Ofen jeden Tag anzuheizen, zusätzlich zur gut temperierten Zentralheizung.
Nur die Pfanne war nicht nutzbar. Sonst alles Prima.

perfect base for walking and travelling round, ten minutes by car from Great Ayton’s pubs and railway station. Two large double bedrooms, one en-suite the other with a family bathroom just outside (plus a third twin room for the kids if needed), downstairs massive lounge and huge kitchen with wood burning stove.
The only very small niggle is it’s a long driveway, quite steep in parts and sum potholes to skirt round, we did it in a jag and Mazda cx5 ok.

Spotlessly clean and the decor was lovely. Very thoughtfully laid out and the welcome basket of essentials was a nice touch. Location was good - on the bridle path for the Cleveland Way. And - delighted to have a piano!!
