The location was perfect for us. In the middle of nowhere. Just cows & sheep.
You can watch the planes take off from the garden including the iconic spitfire.
The property was bigger than the photos showed.
The owner could have been more welcoming. She didn't even make small talk. I do appreciate it was a busy time of year for them on the farm.
The outside of the property could do with a clean & a lick of paint but still a lovely property.
Bring more toilet roll as the paper is very thin & therefore more is used quicker.

Large living area massive rooms and very clean. Great to see farm animals out of the windows! Kitchen well equipped. Host was very helpful to us

The size of the cottage was brilliant loads of space, kitchen was well equipped and having a dishwasher and washing machine was a bonus and a lovely welcome pack was also in the cottage when we arrived
It was way to far from anywhere the last mile you need a 4 by 4 to drive up it the heating was only for an hour in the morning and evening we wasn't able to turn it up or down as it was in a locked box, the 1 sofa was in a bad way, the beds was not comfortable at all and we tried all 5 of them, the walk from the car park is hard for anyone with a disability
