great location in town, friendly staff, clean rooms.
no fridge in room as advertised, air con was not great

The room was spacious enough, and the location was excellent - right on the main street. Surprisingly, there was hot water most of the time, which was a pleasant shock compared to other places in Labuan Bajo. The Wi-Fi also worked well.
there was crazy noise from screaming kids starting very early in the morning and lasting throughout the whole day. It wasn’t clear where it was coming from, but it went on for our entire stay, so it definitely wasn't just a one-off.

It is close to the Labuan Bajo city center.

Good value for money, nice location
Chickens started crowing at 4 a.m. and kept going until 7. Near the dock, there’s a lot of loud ship horn noise, so I couldn’t get back to sleep. There’s hot water, but the cold water pressure is too low, so the shower is super hot.
