Easy access to Labuan Bajo, rooms were comfortable & staff were nothing short of amazing

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The service was excellent and truly deserves praise. The hotel is stylish and beautifully designed, both inside and out. There’s a lovely outdoor terrace and a small but pleasant swimming pool. The bed was also large and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not very practical. The shower is semi-open and located opposite the sink, so water gets everywhere, leaving the mirror, sink, and toiletries wet. The room itself is very small, with barely enough space to open a large suitcase, and there’s no proper luggage rack. Our room was on the ground floor, overlooking an unattractive area, and it was quite noisy at night due to other guests near the reception. Keep in mind that Labuan Bajo itself can be noisy early in the morning, with the call to prayer from around 4 AM and sounds of ships coming and going from the port. This is more of a location issue than a hotel problem.

Given it is close to the port could hear loud boat horns early in the morning as well as mosque prayer a few times a day - bring ear plugs

The location of this hotel is perfect as you can go everywhere by foot. The staff were so welcoming, the pool/bar area is beautiful with a view on the port. I highly recommend getting the iced pinneaple juice at the bar, it was delicious ! We were welcomed in the room by an amazing surprise of flowers for our anniversary.

The pool was a bit blurry and there was a sign saying that the chemicals could stain swimwear. Although I had no issue with stains, it did put me off staying in the pool for a long time.
