We stayed twice in this hotel (before and after a Liveaboard) and we enjoyed it. It has everything you need for a short stay and an amazing view from the room and the breakfast area. The breakfast itself was also good.
It feels a bit weird having to pay for a deposit against damages and use of the minibar. However, I understand if the hotel this does if they had some bad experiences.

Green Hill is perfectly located in the centre of Labuan Bajo and within easy reach of lots of places to eat and drink. The view over the harbour was nice. There are lots of steps up to the room, but the staff are incredibly helpful with luggage - shout out to Rico who carried up a suitcase and rucksack without breaking a sweat! The restaurant was lovely for breakfast with food made to order. The hotel was very helpful and stored our luggage whilst we went on a 3 day live aboard which was super helpful.
I liked everything.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Air con is very strong and beds comfortable.
The mosque prayers at 4 to 5 am could be heard very loudly kept us awake.
