About this villa rental
Villa Al Pino is tucked away in the hills just outside the village of Riparbella in the heart of the Etruscan Coast region. This "Costa degli Etruschi" stretches between Livorno and Piombino. An ideal holiday destination. You will find beautiful beaches protected by pine forests, medieval villages, wine routes and places with heirlooms from the Etruscan era.
Villa Al Pino offers you the opportunity to laze by the beautiful pool alternated with visits to the beach and villages in the area. The house is spacious, functionally furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences. You enjoy optimal privacy here, the house stands on a hilly plot of approx. 1,2h where grapes were formerly grown. Now there are shrubs, olive trees and wild vegetation. From the pool you have a beautiful view of the hills around and the valley of the Val di Cecina. In good weather you can see a dash of coast.
Layout:
BG: Entrance with stone stairs to the floor. Spacious living room with fireplace, DVD player; kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and dining area; small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
EV: 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds; bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. From one of the bedrooms access to spacious balcony.
Outside you have access to a private swimming pool with sun terrace and outdoor shower, garden furniture and a BBQ. The last 500m is on a dirt road, the driveway gradually goes down. Parking at the house.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Sehr netter Kontakt bei der Übergabe. Kaputter Sonnenschirm am Pool wurde innerhalb von 2 Tagen ersetzt. Pool sehr sauber. Der einzige Nachteil des Hauses: das Haus liegt am Hang oberhalb der SR 68, der sehr befahrenen Verbindungsstrasse von der Küste nach Volterra, und man hört den ganzen Tag, und bei offenen Fenstern natürlich auch Nachts im Haus, den entfernten Verkehr! Das Haus ist leider nicht ganz ruhig gelegen, was sehr schade ist. Keine direkten Nachbarn, im ländlichen Feld/ Waldgebiet gelegen.
