Just 20 minutes from the sea, 20km from Bolgheri and Volterra and 70 km from Pisa airport, stands this exclusive and unique independent property. We had an amazing experience in Scuola Mocajo. The villa is modern with all the amenities. It is also a vineyard with spectacular views and access to their delicious wines. Nina and Simone were great hosts and made our stay delightful. We highly recommend staying here to enjoy Tuscany. Thank you for everything!

We would like to thank you for the pleasant stay in your villa. The villa is really fantastic, beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. We especially liked the high-quality equipment of the kitchen, which left nothing to be desired. We were also very impressed by the cleanliness of the villa.The private pool was an absolute highlight and offered a welcome refreshment on hot days.The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We can only warmly recommend this villa and will gladly come back!

We had the most amazing time at Scuola Mocajo! The place is stunning and impeccably maintained. It's fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a washing machine to a dishwasher and an ice maker and even an American fridge freezer. The bedrooms were spacious, each with its own ensuite, and the views of the vineyards were breathtaking. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the house wine was a lovely touch. Simone was lovely and welcoming, making our stay even more special. We absolutely loved every moment of our time there!
