Located in Riparbella, Villa 'Cristina' offers you a comfortable environment for your stay with a sea view. The two-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one with direct access to the balcony), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is also a fireplace and 2 cots available for children up to 15 kg.
The villa features a private outdoor area with a pool (open from May 1st to September 30th), garden, open terrace, covered terrace, and balcony. Riparbella is renowned for its wineries and restaurants offering a variety of local dishes. The town center is just a short walk from the property, and Volterra can be reached in about 40 minutes by car.
You have 3 parking spaces on the property and 2 garage spaces. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. There is a charging station for electric vehicles. You can arrange a dinner with a private chef for an extra fee, depending on the menu agreed with the chef. Please do not move the furniture inside the villa.

This was the perfect experience. The house, which we found out had only become available this year for rentals, was wonderful. It was comfortably and stylishly furnished and had everything we needed. The only thing missing was an induction compatible coffee maker - which the gracious property owner hand-delivered to us! The property, a short walk from Riparbella, had wonderful views to the ocean and the breezes to match. The area is rich with wine-making and fun to explore. I would highly recommend this property and the owner, Gian, was phenomenal.
Wife view: This property is beautiful, immaculate, and spacious. Easy walk into Riparbella finding restaurants, grocery, and bar. Gian is a wonderful host! He went out of his way to help direct us to wineries, restaurants, and more. Easy drive to neighboring cities, gorgeous hikes, and coastline. I highly recommend this property. 20 stars if possible.

This villa has almost 360 degree views of the sea, tuscan hillside, vineyards and olive trees, just stunning.
Walking distance to the town with a great pizzeria and local shops.
The garden and pool are very private, villa is well equipped, although being british we missed a kettle and microwave, but no big deal!
The host was very kind, welcoming and attentive to any questions, recommended some fantastic restaurants and nothing was ever a problem.
Highly recommend.
