L’emplacement le parking la terrasse et l’appartement agréable
Le bruit de la climatisation du restaurant en dessous … on y prête attention surtout le matin au petit-déjeuner et dans la soirée lorsque tout est calme. Et les oreillers qui n’ont sur le nom d’oreillers

La vue sur le bassin et l'emplacement en plein centre ville.parking privé.Bon équipement dans l'appartement.
Le bruit permanent 24/24 d'une soufflerie dans la rue adjacente ou sur le toit(??) Le bruit des clients du restaurant au rez de chaussée. On s'attendait au grand calme sur le balcon avec ce premier étage . Dommage !!! C'est notre seul bémol ...
