New Arcachon-style home overlooking the lagoon with a pool, right in the heart of Andernos’ most sought-after neighborhood (Le Betey). Everything is within walking or biking distance (beach, shops, downtown, restaurants, beach club, playgrounds...).

The home features a large, bright living area with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the outdoors and the pool, plus 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two separate toilets.
You can enjoy the tranquility around the pool on a 50 m² terrace made of exotic wood (Ipé), featuring a bioclimatic pergola (with adjustable slats) to shield you from the sun, a plancha grill, patio furniture, and lounge chairs.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi (fiber), ducted air conditioning (adjustable by room), a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine.

Sleeping arrangements:
- A master suite (first floor) with a 160 bed (which can double as a dining room)
- A bedroom with a 140 bed
- A bedroom with a 180-bed
- A children’s bedroom with a 90-bed (an extra bed can be added for a second guest)

Ideally located halfway between the Dune du Pilat and the town of Arcachon, and Cap Ferret, 45 minutes from Bordeaux, the town of Andernos is in the heart of the Bassin. Our villa is perfectly situated to enjoy the beach, walks along the Bassin on foot or by bike, activities such as stand-up paddleboarding or canoeing, and activities for children (the Betey beach club or the sand playground). The bike path is 200m away.
The ocean beaches are easily accessible; it takes about 30 minutes to reach Grand Crohot Beach.
We have all the amenities close to the house, just a few minutes’ walk away: a bakery, a small supermarket, a produce store, a newsstand, a Biocoop, and a bike rental shop.
You can also walk to beachfront restaurants, especially to enjoy the sunset.
