Construction was very noisy. Would have liked somewhere to hang towels in bathrooms And waste basket in bathroom Disappointed in parking situation

Kleines älteres Haus, renoviert mit alten Möbeln, in der Nähe des Universitätsviertels und neben dem botanischen Garten. Wir hatten das Haus für uns allein. Die Bäder waren neu renoviert, das heißt es gab ein Bad mit WC und ein seperates WC. Alles sehr sauber. Genug Platz für alle, mehrere Schlafzimmer, neue Betten und hübsche Bettwäsche.. Ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage. An der Straße konnten wir kostenfreie Parkplätze finden. Problemlose Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, sie war sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Vielleicht hätte man eines der 5 Schlafzimmer als Wohnzimmer einrichten können, denn das Wohnzimmer war recht klein. Aber ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Margarida gave thorough instructions prior to arrival and allowed us to check in early and check out late which was very much appreciated. The heaters in each room were also very appreciated!

Be aware that taxis can’t find this place—it is back from the road; tell them number 15 *on the right* (there is a number sign for 15; 16 and 18 are further up the street in the left), instead of number 17.

I appreciate the information via email before the arrival, the possibility of parking nearby, the kindness of the host and the location of the house. In addition, it was great to find in the kitchen all we needed and the amazing views from every window. The pictures faithfully show the house.
