About this house rental
Only 50 m to the gently sloping sandy beach! No road to cross
The modern furnished house "Flipper" (semi-detached house on the left) is located directly on the beach: about 50 m to the gently sloping sandy beach - ideal for children, as no road has to be crossed.
The house "Flipper" offers an optimal holiday for families with small children, as no road to the beach has to be crossed. The property is completely fenced (electric sliding gate).
The ground floor is completely tiled and heated with underfloor heating. The attic is covered with high quality cork flooring.
On the ground floor are the spacious living and dining area, the kitchen and the guest toilet.
The modern living area has a 102-inch LCD TV and a stereo system. The living room is equipped with a comfortable 2-seater and a 3-seater sofa and an additional stool.
From the living room you can access your own furnished terrace (table and 5 chairs, 2 chairs) followed by a small, private and fenced garden. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun from morning to late afternoon. You can shade the terrace with an electric awning.
The separate dining area has a large dining table and 5 comfortable chairs. For the little ones is a highchair ready.
For cozy hours on cool evenings, a Danish wood stove is also available.
From the dining area you get into the fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. To the extensive kitchen equipment belong beside a?normal? Coffee machine still a Dolce Gusto and of course a toaster and a kettle.
In the attic are the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.
One bedroom has a double bed - boxspring bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m, one continuous mattress) and 2 bedside tables with 2 bedside lamps. This bedroom has fitted wardrobes.
The second bedroom has a single bed (1.20 m x 2.00 m) and a bunk bed (2 x 0.90 m x 1.90 m) available. There is also a second LCD TV for the little ones and a large wardrobe.
From the children's bedroom you have an exit to the furnished roof terrace. On this you can enjoy the evening sun.
The bathroom (with large window) is equipped with a spacious shower cabin with rain shower, hair dryer, children's stool, vanity, toilet and modern bathroom furniture.
Highchair and travel cot are included in the price.
The house is fully equipped with electric outdoor shutters. The awning, which extends over the entire terrace area, is operated electrically.
A parking space is located on the property in front of the house.
