Apartment 165 is located on the first floor of a well-maintained vacation complex right on the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach in Sierksdorf. Just 100 meters from the beach, you’ll enjoy an exceptionally beautiful view of the sea from the apartment. Its location on the quiet outskirts of town combines relaxing privacy with excellent access to numerous recreational activities.

The approximately 50 m² apartment can accommodate up to five guests, making it ideal for families as well as small groups and couples. Two separate bedrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a cozy sofa area create a pleasant living atmosphere. The open-concept dining area with a dining table is perfect for sharing meals, while you can relax on the covered balcony—complete with patio furniture and sunshades—and enjoy the panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. The first bedroom, which features a skylight, has two single beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm); the second bedroom has a bunk bed (each 90 cm x 180 cm). This bedroom also features a skylight. The sofa bed (140 cm x 190 cm) in the living room can accommodate one additional person.

The kitchen, equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils and dishes, offers everything you need for self-catering. A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and mirror is available. In the living area, you’ll find a TV and a radio, Wi-Fi, and a desk in case you’d like to work during your stay.

The vacation park offers numerous shared facilities: For a variety of sports activities, there’s a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and plenty of options in the surrounding area, such as mini-golf, billiards, basketball, soccer, tennis, golf, and bocce. Playgrounds are also available for younger guests. In addition, activities such as fishing, boat trips, windsurfing, jogging, Nordic walking, yoga, Pilates, swimming, and walking are possible in the surrounding area. A highlight of the area is the nearby “Hansa Park” amusement park, which families will especially love.

The vacation rental provides our guests with free Wi-Fi during their stay.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping section of the beach offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
