Quiet, comfortable with a nice outlook to a garden.

Roomy and comfortable

The accommodation is spread over two floors. Kitchen/ Living and Dining is downstairs and bedrooms and bathroom is upstairs. Spacious and comfortable. The stairs to the top floor are quite steep, which would prove a challenge to those less mobile or elderly.

All in all, it was okay.

Nice small apartment, perfect for two people, nice furniture, everything seemed good at the first view.

Unfortunately, many things in the apartment did not work well or not at all: main light in the living room was out of function, the kitchen's cold faucet had sometimes problems, the lightning over the kitchen sink did not work, the dish washer was not doing a good job, on of the two coffee makers was broken, the ventilation in the bathroom (with no windows) did not do anything at all, ... Maybe the ventilation problem is also the reason for the slight smell in the apartment. It is not very strong, you can live with it for some days if you open the windows regularly - but still... All in all, it was a low price (132 Euros for 3 nights, 2 people), so I do not expect perfection. But there were just too many smaller and bigger things. Also, I did not like that I had to pay 24 Euros for two sets of towels and bed linen on arrival, as the description on booking.com said that linen was "available" - not available against extra payment. At the last day of my stay, which was 6 days ago, I wrote a friendly email the host, in which I asked them to pay me back the 24 Euros and told them about the different problems in the apartment. They have not responded yet.

Naja!

Die Lage des Hauses zum Meer war gut.

Leider war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vorher, schlecht. Es gab spät oder gar keine Antwort. Die Wohnung sah auf den Fotos größer aus als Sie es tatsächlich war, vorallem das Bad. Das Bad bräuchte auch dringend eine Renovierung, die Dusche hat Schimmel, dort müssten die Fugen dringend neu gemacht werden. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war leider auch nicht gegeben. Kaffeemaschine war schmutzig, Wasserkocher haben wir einen neuen gekauft. Geschirrspüler war auch schmutzig. Wäschepaket alles schön und gut aber für den Preis wäre es schön wenn die Betten schon bezogen wären bei Ankunft. Fazit für uns, für den Preis zu wenig Leistung.

Ganz okay, aber mehr auch nicht.

Geräumige Wohnung. Es war alles da, was man brauchte.

Absolut unbequemes Schlafsofa mit durchgelegener Matratze. Allein das Aus- und Einklappen des Sofas war schon eine Zumutung. Die Wohnung war insgesamt schon etwas abgewohnt (lockere Fliesen im Eingangsbereich, veraltetes Badezimmer mit gesprungenem Waschbecken und abgeplatzter Farbe an Wand und Decke,..). Bei der Anzeige auf Booking ist nicht klar ersichtlich, welche Bilder zu welcher angebotenen Wohnung gehören.

Gemütliche Maisonette Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Ferienwohnung in der Schäferkate ist eine gemütliche Maisonette Wohnung in ruhiger und schöner Lage. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Das Einchecken ging problemlos, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Couch und Betten waren bequem, die gesamte Wohnung war für uns drei Personen großzügig geschnitten.

Der Badspiegel könnte etwas mehr beleuchtet sein. Die ebenerdige Dusche mit Duschvorhang war nicht komfortabel. Die Duschstange war veraltet und der Duschkopf nicht höhenverstellbar.

Schöne Beschreibung aber die Realität sieht anders aus

Lage war ruhig und Garten schön

Ausstattung entspricht nicht der Beschreibung zB keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Kein Staubsauger. Keine Mikrowelle. Geschirr dreckig. Schlauch in der Dusch defekt und Dusche schimmelig. Lüfter im Bad voller Spinnweben. Wohnung allgemein nicht sehr sauber Lampe zur Treppe defekt. Treppe extrem schmal Bad war sehr eng. Keine Haken für Handtücher. Klorollenhalter nicht vorhanden.

Sehr ruhige Lage, gemütlich und eine schöne Raum Aufteilung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet ✨

Ein paar Utensilien hätten den Aufenthalt noch erleichtert/verschönert: 🍀Mikrowelle 🍀Mehr Haken in Bad und Küche Der Duschvorhang klebt leider beim Duschen am Körper und der Duschkopf kippt ständig, sodass man sich nur abduschen kann, wenn man ihn in die Hand nimmt.

Ruhige Wohngegend. Recht kurzer Laufweg zum Strand.

Wohnen und Schlafen in einem Raum, zu klein und nicht getrennt. Zu wenig Stauraum/Schränke. Bad nur Duschvorhang. Küche hat keine kleinen Töpfe, nur sehr große. Für 2 Personen schwierig zu kochen. Für 4 Personen insgesamt zu klein. Keine Couch o. Ä. Terrasse bestand aus 2 Sesseln und 1 Tisch vor der Eingangstür. Keine sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.

Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wasser und Wein. Das war sehr nett. Ruhig gelegen, Strandnähe. schönes Grundstück.

Supermarkt nur mit Auto zu erreichen.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung neben dem Parkplatz

- Geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo, leider teilweise renovierungsbedürftig im Zustand - Netflix und Prime Video und großes TV - ruhig Lage - bequemes Bett - nettes und sehr ruhiges Umfeld, keine Läden in der Nähe - Ceranfeld und Abzugshaube

- Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und direkt neben dem Parkplatz - die sogenannte "Terrasse" ist zwischen dem Parkplatz gelegen und es ist eigentlich nur der Weg zum Eingang der FeWo gibt keine Pforte rostige Heizungen im Bad - sehr dunkel unter der Dusche - an der Sauberkeit muss gearbeitet werden, das Bad, der Kühlschrank und die Ecken der Wohnung waren nicht richtig sauber - WC Brille muß dringend gewechselt werden - Tischplatte hatte viel Wasserflecken, da unbehandeltes Holz und nicht lackiert - Lampenschirme und Tapeten beschmutzt

De ligging van het huis is ideaal, vlakbij het strand en dicht bij hansapark, ook de faciliteiten om zelf te koken en 2 aparte slaapkamers erg fijn.

Het bed lag niet lekker maar denk dat het een persoonlijke voorkeur is. Ook bleef de douchekop niet op zijn plek.

Kann man empfehlen :)

Die Größe der Wohnung. Die Gemütlichkeit durch die Möbelausstattung. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Die Ruhe von draußen. Die Nähe zum Strand. Die Küche war sehr sauber und recht modern. Die französischen Terassenfenster im Wohn/- und Schlafzimmer, ein Traum. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Der Garten hat viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, mit und ohne Schatten. Viel Grün. Preis top. Lage noch besser, wenn man es ruhiger haben mag.

Leider gibt es 2 Minuspunkte. Die Fugen in der Dusche waren nicht mehr weiß, sondern schwarz. Und die Couch ist etwas unbequem aber das wichtigste, sie sollte dringend mal gereinigt werden. Aber sonst war es sehr positiv :)
