Bereits kurz nach der Buchung wurden wir gut informiert, auch während des Aufenthalts und nach der Abreise wurden wir stehts gut betreut. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte einfach alles da, was man braucht! Die Terrasse bzw. Garten war komplett für uns alleine, das war unser Highlight der Wohnung! Die Kommunikation war einfach super, egal welche Frage wir hatten.. Diese wurde direkt bzw. So schnell wie möglich beantwortet oder uns geholfen, wenn wir nicht weiter wussten. Das fanden wir persönlich sehr wichtig und gut, da die Schlüsselübergabe/Annahme nicht persönlich stattfand ..
Die Sauberkeit war für uns gar nicht gut. Die Betten waren dreckig und wir waren froh eigene Bettwäsche mitgebracht zu haben. Das eine Bett war gar nicht bezogen(?). Viele Spinnweben und die Handtücher waren leider auch fleckig.. mein Kleinkind wollte ich damit definitiv nicht abtrocknen.
Die Lage ist eigentlich supi, aber man geht zum Strand ca. 5 Minuten Berg runter .. und hoch ist das hier auch mit einem kleinen Kind sehr anstrengend, weil es sehr steil ist und eben an einer befahrenen Straße. - Das fließt aber nicht in die Bewertung bei uns mit ein, weil es ok war. Schlimmer war wirklich die Sauberkeit/Hygiene. Deswegen passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier für uns nicht.

The location is super close to the beach (less than 5min walk).
Communication with the host was fantastic, super quick - and even at late hours and during the holidays. (We stayed during miserable weather and the host helped us re-set the central heating temperature to accomodate our two toddlers.) The host was super accomodating and organised separate cribs and high chairs for each toddler! THANK YOU!
Overall, a great place, close to the beach, and good for a small family.
A few things that we're relevant for us and might not be an issue for another family:
- we were traveling as a party of two families, each with a toddler. We would have needed two individual bedrooms, allowing for very little noise and darkness to put the toddlers to bed, individually. The second bedroom does not have a door and therefore isn't really a room. The shared floor plan is very misleading.
- We stayed here over new years - the windows are not well insulated and there was a constant (small) cold draft
- The winding stair is super dangerous for toddlers and small kids, and not well secured, on neither side.
- The sauna is in a separate house, costs extra and was almost fully booked during our stay.
