Bereits kurz nach der Buchung wurden wir gut informiert, auch während des Aufenthalts und nach der Abreise wurden wir stehts gut betreut. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ganz ganz schlimm! Nie wieder!

Das Schöne war nebensächlich und das Schlechte hat überwogen aber die Nähe zum Strand und Hansa Park war ok. Sonst war alles schlecht. Obwohl wir Kontakt zur Vermieterin aufgenommen haben wurde kein einziger Mangel an der Unterkunft abgestellt. Wir haben nur einen neuen Staubsauger bekommen damit wir den Dreck der Vormieter beseitigen konnten.

Eigentlich alles: -die Ferienwohnung war bei Ankunft dreckig und defekt. Es lagen auf dem Sofa und dem Bett weiße Hundehaare -der Staubsauger war komplett verstopft und der Beutel randvoll, gesamter Staubsauger musste entsorgt werden und wir haben einen neuen erhalten. -ein Bett war nicht bezogen und das Bett war durch eine Sichtschutzwand im Wohnzimmer nicht zu verschließen also ohne Tür. -die Ferienwohnung geht über 2 Etagen über Wendeltreppe. Dort waren Teile der Treppe lose. -Keine eigene Sauna, nur gegen extra Gebühren (15€ pro Person) in einem extra Gebäude, dort war es dreckig und die Abflüsse waren verstopft. Es lagen alte Socken der Vornutzer auf dem Sofa und die Kissen waren teilweise verschimmelt. In der Sauna standen Massageliege und ein Klapptisch in der Ecke. Es gab nur 3 Zeiten und pro Einheit max. 3h buchbar. -die Türen im Untergeschoss zum Garten waren defekt. Unsere Frauen konnten sie nicht alleine öffnen. -die Fahrräder mussten eine Treppe hoch im Hausflur getragen werden und dann durch die Küche in den Garten zum abstellen. -der Garten war ungepflegt und das Unkraut stand überall. Keine Hecke geschnitten oder Rasen gemäht. -kein Fahrstuhl obwohl es in der Beschreibung steht. -in keinem Fenster Fliegengitter und alle Fenster dreckig. -der Flur und der Waschraum waren extrem dreckig. Im Keller standen defekte Lampen, Staubsauger und Müll. -vor der Tür sollten wir nicht parken da direkt daneben eine große Baustelle war. Haben wir durch Bauleiter und nicht durch Vermieter erfahren. Ausweichparkplatz war unter der Baustelle in einer nicht fertig gestellten Tiefgarage. War für unseren Bus zu klein. -nur ein Bad mit zu wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten. Es gab keine Tür im Bad nur eine Glasschiebetür und die hat nicht das Bad verschlossen. Es war zwischen Glas und Wand eine handbreit Platz. Jeder konnte hören was im Bad passiert ist.

Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte einfach alles da, was man braucht! Die Terrasse bzw. Garten war komplett für uns alleine, das war unser Highlight der Wohnung! Die Kommunikation war einfach super, egal welche Frage wir hatten.. Diese wurde direkt bzw. So schnell wie möglich beantwortet oder uns geholfen, wenn wir nicht weiter wussten. Das fanden wir persönlich sehr wichtig und gut, da die Schlüsselübergabe/Annahme nicht persönlich stattfand ..

Die Sauberkeit war für uns gar nicht gut. Die Betten waren dreckig und wir waren froh eigene Bettwäsche mitgebracht zu haben. Das eine Bett war gar nicht bezogen(?). Viele Spinnweben und die Handtücher waren leider auch fleckig.. mein Kleinkind wollte ich damit definitiv nicht abtrocknen. Die Lage ist eigentlich supi, aber man geht zum Strand ca. 5 Minuten Berg runter .. und hoch ist das hier auch mit einem kleinen Kind sehr anstrengend, weil es sehr steil ist und eben an einer befahrenen Straße. - Das fließt aber nicht in die Bewertung bei uns mit ein, weil es ok war. Schlimmer war wirklich die Sauberkeit/Hygiene. Deswegen passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier für uns nicht.
