Great location!

Our family of 5 stayed for a week and had a great time. The house has everything you need and is right on the edge of a field that borders the sea- really the best location in the complex! We could sit on the back porch and have coffee while watching the boats go by- lovely! An hour to Hamburg, less than 30 minutes to Lubeck and lots of great day trips up and down the coast. The wifi didn't work for us (US phones) but there is free wifi in the neighboring town so it wasn't a big deal. I totally recommend this property- clean, spacious, great location!

Es war sehr schön, es hatte alles, nur es waren zu viele Hundehaare im Haus. Es war außerdem schade, das man es sehr weit zum Sandstrand hatte und es keine Restaurants in der nähe waren, dieses ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr schade. Für Menschen die sehr viel wandern oder radeln jedoch perfekt.

Der Urlaub dort war wirklich perfekt. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und das Haus ist super gemütlich. Die Lage ist traumhaft direkt, vor allem mit einem Hund. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Strom der noch zusätzlich bezahlt werden soll. Da die Heizung auch über Strom läuft, sind die Zusatzkosten speziell im Winter ein beträchtlicher Posten.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön, ist super ausgestattet, allerdings auch schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen sind z.B abgängig und beim näheren hinschauen fällt auf, dass die Reinigungskräfte leider keinen geschulten Blick haben. Mit einer entsprechenden Sanierung und einem ordentlichen Frühjahrsputz wird es sicher wieder ein 1A Objekt.

Insgesamt liegt das Haus wirklich toll, den Blick aufs Meer kann man direkt vom Wohnzimmer aus genießen. Ebenfalls ein schöner Ausgangspunkt, um die Nachbarorte zu erkunden. Wirklich genossen haben wir darüber hinaus den Kamin :) Leider gibt es Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit und dem allgemeinen Zustand der Wohnung. Sie ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen was man daran sieht, dass die Terrassentür nicht richtig schließt und der Duschkopf im oberen Bad undicht ist.

Wir haben ein paar tolle Tage mit unseren 2 Kindern und dem Hund verbracht. Das Haus liegt nur ein paar Schritte von der Steilküste und dem Hundestrand entfernt. Dieser ist steinig, deshalb viel ruhiger als der Hundestrand im Nachbarort. Perfekt für die Gassirunden am Morgen und Abend. Ohne Hund ist der nächste Sandstrand nicht weit weg, quasi fast vor der Haustür. Hier sind aber Hunde nicht erlaubt. Der nächste Sandstrand für Mensch und Hund ist im Nachbarort. Der Blick auf die Ostsee von der Terasse und von 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer ist wunderschön. Das 3. Schlafzimmer hat das Fenster in Richtung der anderen Ferienhäuser. Insgesamt ist es sehr ruhig, obwohl der Hansapark fussläufig zu erreichen ist. Abends ist es super ruhig und man hört die Grillen zirpen und wilde Kaninchen durch die Anlage hoppeln. Die anderen Gäste in der Anlage haben wir kaum wahrgenommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - im Haus war alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Strandkorb, Grill, Sauna, Kamin.... Für jede Jahreszeit hat das Haus was zu bieten. Für 4 perfekt. Bei mehr Leuten wäre es mir persönlich zu eng, zumindest im Wohn/ Essbereich. Ansonsten sind die Menschen alle sehr höflich und sehr hundelieb. Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön gelegen mit einem unverbauten Blick auf das Meer. Die Räume sind liebevoll eingerichtet und die Einrichtung ist in einem guten Zustand. Zwei Dinge haben unseren Aufenthalt allerdings getrübt. Zum einen war zwar oberflächlich alles sauber, aber beim genaueren Hinsehen wurde deutlich, dass leider nicht gründlich geputzt wurde. Es gab viel Staub (unter anderem eine Dicke Staubschicht auf dem Hochstuhl), Spinnweben unter den Decken, und der Duschkopf im unteren Badezimmer war sehr stark verkalkt (wir haben ihn dann selber gereinigt). Das andere was uns gestört hat waren die Stromkosten. Wir haben für 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind für eine Woche Aufenthalt sehr viel Geld bezahlt Ich bezahle in einem Monat für unsere Wohnung weniger! Alles in allem OK, die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und freundlich, und alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Aber die beiden negativen Punkte bedeuten für uns, das wir uns beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Objekt suchen würden.

Wie in Ihrer Offerte angepriesen, hat sich das Haus in Sierksdorf als ideale Unterkunft für unseren 14 tägigen Aufenhalt mit Hund erwiesen. Alles war perfekt vorhanden im Haus. Die Aussicht wie versprochen in vorderster und äusserster Stelle der Ferienhaussiedlung atemberaubend. Natürlich hat das Wetter in diesem Ausnahmesommer ohne geringste Menge Niederschläge das seine beigetragen. Die nähere Umgebung mit den Hundestränden und langen Spazierwegen haben wir auch sehr geschätzt und für unsere Joggingrunden genutzt. Insgesamt nicht das geringste auszusetzen an diesem wunderschönen Feriendomizil, insbesondere für Ferien mit dem Hund perfekt.

Das Ferienhaus liegt nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Man hat einen unverbauten Blick aufs Meer. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig. Überall Spinnenweben. Die ganzen Balken waren voll davon. Dann war es leider unbeheizt als wir kamen. Wir fanden es mit 10 grad Raumtemperatur vor. Mussten erstmal ordentlich einheizen. War nicht so toll mit einem Kleinkind. Dann haben wir festgestellt dass die Heizung über Strom läuft. Und wir den ja bezahlen mussten. Die kWh war ein bissel teuer. Und schwupps waren zig Euro an einem Tag weg. Waren ein bissel enttäuscht.
