Number of guests:
When entering the number of guests, please include only adults. Children under 18 stay for free and are not charged. Each additional guest (starting with the 3rd person) is charged €12 per day. A surcharge of €75 applies for stays of fewer than 4 days.
The house is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days.
Our air-source heat pump provides cozy warmth in the winter. Firewood is included in the winter; enjoy our peaceful home—the first floor features oak parquet flooring.
The attic loft offers an additional relaxation area with a sea view.
First-row location with a direct, unobstructed sea view right on the beach.
Family- and dog-friendly.

Thanks to the fireplace and underfloor heating, the house is especially warm and cozy in winter.
Two bedrooms, a sleeping loft in the attic with 2 separate beds,
Toys for children: Lego, Duplo, Playmobil, and much more.
Accommodates 4 people plus 2 additional guests by arrangement.
Bed linens and towels can be provided upon request for 20,-€ per guest.
From April through October, we only rent on a weekly basis; please inquire about shorter stays.
Hansapark: A dream come true for children—Hansapark is located right nearby.
Water sports: There are several marinas nearby; you can charter yachts, motorboats, or fishing boats—we’d be happy to put you in touch with a provider.
Cycling, hiking: The surrounding area is ideal for cycling and hiking, and there are several bike rental shops in the immediate vicinity.

Der Urlaub dort war wirklich perfekt.
Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und das Haus ist super gemütlich.
Die Lage ist traumhaft direkt, vor allem mit einem Hund.
Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Strom der noch zusätzlich bezahlt werden soll. Da die Heizung auch über Strom läuft, sind die Zusatzkosten speziell im Winter ein beträchtlicher Posten.

Haus liegt direkt in Strandnähe, allerdings ohne direkten Strandzugang. Die Übernahme war kein Problem.

Es hat uns allen gut gefallen und wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten und man hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer, was wir sehr genossen haben.

Es war sehr schön, es hatte alles, nur es waren zu viele Hundehaare im Haus. Es war außerdem schade, das man es sehr weit zum Sandstrand hatte und es keine Restaurants in der nähe waren, dieses ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr schade. Für Menschen die sehr viel wandern oder radeln jedoch perfekt.
