Luxurious 4**** penthouse (up to 6 people) in a dream location on the beach. With fantastic 100% sea view, swimming pool, conservatory-like terrace, fireplace, private infrared sauna (with sea view!!), shiatsu massage chair, dishwasher, Internet (W-LAN), beach chair, 2 bicycles and museum visit. Quiet and sunny south-facing location!
Our comfortable penthouse tower apartment is located in a fantastic location on the top floor of a holiday home very close to the long, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. Here you stand above it all and can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the entire coast as far as Travemünde from your own, non-visible conservatory-like south-facing terrace!
In the summer months, you will also have your own, free beach chair directly on the beach. Due to the in-house subtropical swimming pool with a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees, our wellness penthouse is worth a visit at any time of the year. You can look forward to the following, among other things: wood-burning stove, private heat cabin (infrared sauna), shiatsu massage chair, washing machine and dishwasher, terrace lounge furniture, 2x TV, DVD player, stereo system and DSL flat rate.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE EXTENSIVE EQUIPMENT:
To ensure that you can relax well on holiday and that you don't miss anything, we have completely refurnished our apartment in 2022 to a very high standard. In addition to the furnishings already mentioned, you now also have a large, 3D and internet-enabled HDTV TV with DVD player, a large DVD collection, comfortable rattan-style patio lounge furniture, and a stereo system with iPhone/MP3 connection.

Your sunny, south-facing apartment offers not only the fantastic view that you can enjoy from every (!!) window, but also a very central location. Various restaurants and shops (including in nearby Neustadt), the Sierksdorf Tourist Office, various sports and leisure facilities, various cultural activities, the popular Hansapark and the Baltic Sea resorts of Haffkrug and Scharbeutz can be easily reached from our apartment on foot or by bike or in a few minutes by car and guest bus. When furnishing our penthouse apartment, we have placed particular emphasis on high-quality and cosy furnishings to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Since our winter garden is also fully equipped, it serves as a second living room, where you can start the day with a champagne breakfast with a sea view, take a nap in peace and quiet with relaxing music and where your children can play undisturbed.
PENTHOUSE TERRACE WITH PANORAMIC SEA VIEW:
So that you can enjoy the wonderful sea view atmosphere; even in the evening hours and during the 'more uncomfortable' months, we have half of our penthouse terrace equipped with glass elements. So you have the choice of whether you prefer to be tanned outdoors by the warm rays of the sun on a lounger or spend a few relaxing hours on our relax/massage chair in the enclosed conservatory in front of the fireplace. Since the terrace faces south, you can enjoy the sun on your own, very private 'roof terrace' with the greatest possible privacy - far away from prying eyes. The fantastic view extends from Sierksdorf via Haffkrug, Scharbeutz and Timmendorf to Lübeck-Travemünde. On a clear day, you can even see the coast of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Our romantic tip: It is particularly romantic to end the day with a glass of wine in our winter garden and experience the wonderfully illuminated lake! In the evening, you can let your gaze wander over the sea and the elegantly lit piers of the neighbouring Baltic Sea resorts!

Romantic bedroom with double bed and a panoramic view of the sea. When you wake up in the morning, enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and start the day relaxed!! We have also placed special emphasis on high-quality and Mediterranean furnishings. In addition, a TV with DVD player, a special wellness alarm clock and two small bedside tables are at your disposal.In the second bedroom you will find two separate single beds as well as the typically decorated ceiling moldings. Opaque blinds, comfortable spring mattresses and adjustable slatted frames (both in the 'romantic bedroom' and in the guest/children's room) ensure a high level of sleeping comfort.

With your own wellness oasis with heat cabin, shiatsu massage chair & chi massager as well as the in-house subtropical swimming pool with a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees, our wellness penthouse sea view offers a welcome change at any time of the year. In addition to a 25 x 15 m pool, you will also find a special non-swimmer area, an elephant children's slide and various relaxation loungers as well as changing rooms and lockers. For physical well-being, water aerobics, aquafit programmes and various aqua power treatments are also offered regularly.
TOP inclusive service: Normally, admission to the subtropical water park is subject to a fee for holiday guests. However, we have negotiated a special flat rate for our guests, which entitles you to use the subtropical swimming pool 6 times free of charge during your entire holiday!
WELLNESS AND HEALTH:
To ensure that you can relax extensively in your penthouse, we have thought of providing our guests with something very special: an infrared heat cabin. The heat generated here is comparable to the pleasant and positive radiation of the sun. In contrast to a classic sauna, temperatures of around 45 degrees are already perceived as very pleasant in a heat cabin. The heart and circulation are less stressed. Therefore, the use is also recommended for older people and children. Especially since the application can have a positive effect on various areas of the body, such as back pain, migraines and nervous tension. In addition to the pleasantly warm temperatures of the heat cabin (approx. 40-70 degrees), special colour light therapy, relaxing music and stimulating aromas ensure the greatest possible relaxation. Our highlight: Relax in our heat cabin and enjoy the panoramic view of the sea from there!
BEACH AND RELAXATION:
In Sierksdorf, beach as far as the eye can see awaits you - virtually right on your doorstep. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be reached quickly and comfortably from our apartment in a few minutes' walk. Due to the immediate proximity to the beach, it is not even necessary to cross a road. The beach path leads you through an avenue, past a small pond, directly to the beach. The beach, which is mainly guarded by the DLRG, is about 5 kilometres long and very well maintained. Here children and adults will find wonderful bathing pleasure in the very clean and gently sloping water. Bathing, building sand castles, diving, playing, surfing, sailing and walking or simply relaxing in the sand or in your beach chair - the choice is yours. After relaxing hours on the beach, many holidaymakers are drawn to the Sierksdorf cliffs, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the Bay of Lübeck during a short walk or a long hike.
