Our luxurious penthouse apartment is situated in a dreamlike location on the top floor of a vacation home, very close to the long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Here, you’ll be above it all and can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the entire coastline all the way to Travemünde from your own private, secluded, approximately 35-square-meter south-facing terrace, which resembles a sunroom. During the summer months, you’ll also have your own complimentary beach chair right on the beach. Thanks to the property’s subtropical swimming pool with a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees, our wellness penthouse is worth a visit any time of year. You can look forward to the following, among other amenities: a wood-burning stove, a sauna, a Shiatsu massage chair, a washer and dishwasher, patio lounge furniture, 2 TVs, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a DSL flat rate.

To ensure you can fully relax on vacation and have everything you need, we’ve continuously renovated and upgraded our apartment over the past few years. In addition to the furnishings already mentioned, you now have access to a large, 3D- and internet-enabled HDTV, a second flat-screen TV (both with DVD players), a large DVD collection, comfortable rattan-style patio lounge furniture, and a stereo system with an iPhone/MP3 connection.

YOUR VACATION HOME:
Your sunny, south-facing apartment offers not only the fantastic view you can enjoy from every (!!) window, but also a very central location. Various restaurants and shops (including those in nearby Neustadt), the Sierksdorf Tourist Information Center, various sports and recreational facilities, a range of cultural attractions, the popular Hansapark, and the Baltic Sea resorts of Haffkrug and Scharbeutz are all easily accessible from our apartment on foot or by bike—or in just a few minutes by car or guest shuttle. When furnishing our penthouse apartment, we placed special emphasis on high-quality and cozy furnishings to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Since our sunroom is also fully equipped, it essentially serves as a second living room where you can start your day with a champagne breakfast overlooking the sea, take a peaceful afternoon nap to relaxing music, and let your children play undisturbed.
ON-SITE SWIMMING POOL:
With your very own “wellness oasis” featuring a heat cabin, a Shiatsu massage chair, and our on-site subtropical swimming pool with a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees, our Wellness Penthouse with Ocean View is worth a visit any time of year. In addition to a 25 x 15 m pool, our swimming facility features a special non-swimmer area, an elephant-shaped children’s slide, various lounge chairs, changing rooms, and lockers. To promote physical well-being, we also offer regular water aerobics, aqua-fit programs, and various aqua-power treatments. TOP INCLUSIVE BENEFIT: Normally, admission to the subtropical water park is subject to a fee for vacation guests. However, we’ve negotiated a special flat rate for our guests, entitling you to use the subtropical swimming pool 6 times free of charge throughout your entire vacation!

The heat generated here is comparable to the pleasant and beneficial rays of the sun. Unlike a traditional sauna, temperatures around 45 degrees are already considered very comfortable in a heat cabin. It places less strain on the heart and circulatory system. Ausflüge nach Lübeck, Grömitz und Eutin, Spaziergänge bis Scharbeutz, Fahrradtouren bis Timmendorfer Strand, stundenlang einfach fasziniert aufs Meer und die Wolkenbewegungen schauen, die Wärmekabine nutzen, sich im Massagesessel verwöhnen lassen und in der gut ausgestatteten Küche etwas Feines zaubern. So sahen unsere Urlaubstage aus (plus ein Besuch im absolut empfehlenswerten Brauhaus in Neustadt in Holstein). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Penthousewohnung Meeresblick daher auch gerne weiter.

Weder haben die Fotos zu viel versprochen noch waren die Beschreibungen falsch: wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie hier beschrieben und im Vorfeld sehr nett von den Eigentümern erläutert. Frau Felix hat uns nach einer ausführlichen Einweisung direkt in der Wohnung dann eine sehr gepflegte, saubere Ferienwohnung übergeben, in der wir gerne unsere Urlaubszeit verbracht haben. Es fehlte uns an nichts, wir haben gut und ruhig geschlafen und natürlich vor allem das Meerblick-Frühstück genossen, was schon immer ein Traum von uns war. Sicherlich waren wir nicht das letzte Mal zu Gast!

Lange Strandspaziergänge, Ausflüge nach Lübeck, Grömitz und Hamburg, ein Besuch des Museum zeiTTor in Neustadt, das für Gäste dieser Ferienwohnung ja kostenfrei ist und mehrere gute Restaurants (Fisch, Griechisch, Brauhaus) haben einen gelungenen Urlaub für uns abgerundet. Dazu beigetragen hat natürlich auch die exklusive Penthousewohnung, der Massagesessel, die Bio-Sauna und der Meerblick. Wir werden die Lübecker Bucht und diese Ferienwohnung sicherlich erneut einmal "ansteuern".

Wir hatten vom 27.09. - 10.10.2009 die Ferienwohnung in Sierksdorf gebucht. - Die Bilder im Internet waren schon recht vielversprechend, aber was wir vorgefunden haben war einfach eine Traumwohnung. - Es war eine wunderschöne mit viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles war perfekt. Das schöne Geschirr in der Küche, Wolldecken zum Einkuscheln, der Schminkspiegel im Bad, überall waren Teelichter aufgestellt, sogar 2 Regenschirme waren da. Der Balkon und der Wintergarten waren ein Highlight. Die Wärmekabine und der Massagesessel, einfach Spitze. Die Abende am Kamin, mit Blick auf die Lübecker Bucht, ein Glas Rotwein, besser konnte es uns nicht gehen. Es war Urlaub pur. In dieser wunderschönen Wohnung haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir unserer Gastgeberfamilie sagen möchten: "Danke für die schöne Zeit". -
