Great location which is just a short walk from the Sea Front and High Street with a good selection of Shops, Cafe's, Pubs and Restaurants. There is a lovely relaxing feel to the place.
Overall the Apartment is excellent. Very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need and fantastic views from the balcony.
Its quite hard to find fault with the apartment and the area. The only thing that could be an issue for some is the apartment is at the top of a hill which might not suit some people. The only other issue we had was the lack of an extra chair in the lounge but that is an observation not a complaint.

We were only two and apartment could sleep five, so an armchair instead of a stool in the living room would be good.

The apartment was a great size for a family of 4 with a good layout. The view is stunning! So nice to relax on the comfy sofa looking out at the sea!
The location is totally perfect for a short walk in to town, to the beach and is just across the road from the train station (just 34 minutes in to Edinburgh). There is a great mix of independant cafes, shops and restaurants with a Co-op 5 mins walk away for essentials and supermarkets a short drive.
The kitchen had everything we needed (including decent sharp knives, plenty of cutlery and plates) to make simple meals during our stay plus welcome 'extras' such as the coffee machine, complimentary pods and milk frother. It was so handy that tea towels, washing up liquid etc were available.
The bedding was clean and fresh, the apartment was comfortable, quiet and toasty warm (and easy to control heating) during a cold weekend in February.
Just so there's no surprises...I'd have liked the food cupboard to have been cleaner, bigger bath towels and a coat of paint and silicone in the ensuite. The windows/handles need attention and the mattresses in the main room was comfortable enough but about ready to be replaced.

Enjoyed but felt it was in need of a bit of a spruce up. The en-suite silicone on the shower in need of replacement as really dirty, bathroom walls, doors and ceiling in need of refresh. Lounge coffee table, chair and cushions all looking bit sad.

Amazing apartment with sea view . Ideally located for the very adjacent railway station and short walk into North Berwick high street . Apartment had everything needed for self catering holiday. Was our second stay at 10 Royal Apartments and we’d love to stay here again.

Location is excellent and view from living room is fantastic. Very comfortable apartment with provision of games, books, dvds, etc, which was thoughtful & useful if the weather had been poor. Nice touch to provide tourist information booklets, etc.
A minor issue but there was significant rust on the accessory fittings in the en-suite shower room which was a little off putting, unfortunately.

Warm, comfortable, walking distance to N Berwick as well as easy to leave to visit elsewhere. Car parking welcome. Well soundproofed, and had all the equipment we needed.

Beautiful, comfortable , well equipped, spotless, spacious apartment and had a sea view . Short walk into town and the beach . Slept on very comfortable beds with plush quilts . Would love to come back to fully appreciate the spacious balcony off the living room ( we visited in December ) .
Could have been made little clearer at the outset that car park is accessed by way of what appears to be exclusive entrance to the car parking for the sheltered housing block next door . So advice is to ignore the sign for the latter , go through and proceed to the left then it’s clear where you need to go .

Location was perfect. Train for Edinburgh was straight over the road and it was 2 minutes walk to the high street. A parking spot was a big selling point for us.
Only gripe was the heating on arrival was set a bit low. Hadn’t really felt it as we arrived but did as we came in later in the evening. We were here in late November. Got in touch with Torquil in the morning and he sorted it for us. Got the instructions out later and worked out how to use the controls.

settee was too soft without sufficient support. Mattresses on all beds were relatively uncomfortable and the springs could be felt. The duvet on the double bed was too thick and heavy.

Fantastic location near to beach, high street and train station. Amazing view from balcony. Apartment has lots of space and lots of natural light. Excellent facilities. Brilliant and helpful owner.
Bathrooms could have been cleaner, some kitchen utensils were dirty e.g. grill pan was full of fat and oil, a saucepan has baked on food. But the positives of the apartment and owner far outweighed this small negative.
