Ideal place for our three days in North Berwick

All rooms were clean and tidy with the location not far from shops, restaurant and seafront

Great location. Warm and comfortable apartment.

It was warm and comfortable. Two bathrooms helped with a small child who needed a bath.

We couldn’t work the appliances on the first night. The link to the digital concierge was where we could find information and this was a tool we were not familiar with.

Nice apartment, but a few issues

Nice apartment and great in terms of what was offered in terms of coffee and tea, shampoo, cleaning products, basic cookery items, games. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Nice bathrooms. Good location by the station.

It would have been helpful if a description or picture of the stairs had been included. One of our party is less mobile and the lack of proper banisters made the stairs difficult for them. I would probably not have booked if I had known this. Similarly, one of the bedrooms is off the living room, which meant our children were not able to use it (too noisy when adults are still up). This meant they were forced to share, when I'd specifically booked an apartment with a room for each of them. I felt the £300 damage deposit was very high, and felt a bit cheated paying £30 non-refundable to avoid this. Particularly given the aleeady high price of the rental. I appreciate that this is common nowadays however. I was also disappointed that I was asked to pay for early check in, rather than it just being available if the flat is ready early. If it's ready and empty it would be kind to just offer it free of charge. It simply meant I just checked in at the agreed time. We experienced heavy rain over the weekend and noticed several wet patches on the walls just beneath the ceiling in the living room and one of the bedrooms.

Lovely clean and modern apartment.

No window blinds or curtains in the living room which feels cold. The smell in the lower hallway because the outdoor bin is kept there rather than outside. A 4pm check in and 10am checkout is not value for money.

The flat is in a great position to experience the town without using a car.

A few windows in the lounge area had no blinds or curtains to close. Because the weather was warn it didn't matter but if it had been cold weather the room would not have felt cozy at all.
