Easy relaxed stay

Good location. Easy check in via key box. Good communications. Wood burner nice. Parking great. I got a Range Rover down the lane and reversed out a few times so it’s not that tight! Close to town and the station to get into Edinburgh.

We had a great weekend in this comfy cottage.

The cottage is well placed not far from shops, the beach and buses/trains. There's plenty to do in North Berwick. The facilities were good and the cottage was clean and comfortable.

I liked North Berwick very much. I liked the house had Netflix. Plenty hot water, plenty of cleaning items and crockery. Plenty towels. Lovely welcome pack.

Mould under the shower edging with bath. We are used to a large tv thought the tv small but adequate. Not got comfy outdoor sitting area. Parking good to have but drive narrow so ok for small cars if there had been an area to turn around would have made it easier.

Lovely accommodation in detached and private outbuilding. Great location near the railway station. No garden, but great value for money nevertheless.

Vehicle access a bit tricky down the side of the main house.

We enjoyed a lovely week at Callies Cottage,

Property was easy to find, it was as described on website, clean, comfortable well equipped with lots of added little touches. It was also situated within walking distance to nice, restaurants, cafes and the beach.

Pleasant well equipped property in a lovely town

Nice cosy property. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A nice welcoming touch having store cupboard essentials available and some biscuits, wine and milk all there on arrival. Beds were very comfortable. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming and responsive to any queries. An easy walk to the town and station. Parking also available.

The sitting room seating was not the most comfortable and was quite marked. There was only one pillow available for each person on the beds.

Excellent location; very close to the train station and to the shops and beach, but without being noisy. Also appreciated having Netflix and a range of DVDs at our disposal.

A dustpan would have been useful, to use with the brush.

Small but delightfully equipped and very hand for the station, the town and the beach. Alison was very helpful and relaxed about our lively dogs
