Vybavená kuchyně, dostačující množství ručníků, čisté postele a povlečení, pěkná koupelna, teplá voda, teplo v bytě.Nemohu si na nic stěžovat. Internet v pohodě, televize v každém pokoji.Malé ale velice pěkné bydlení.Parkování kousek od domečku.Musíte projít kolem rozestavěné novostavby, ale nic co by nebyl problém. Za mě doporučuji všemi deseti.Naprostá spokojenost.

Nemám nic, co bych mohl vytknout. Snad že za celý pobyt vypadnul jednou internet, ale to není vina pronajimatele. Prý se to sem tam stane když hodně mrzne.Druhý den ráno nvše fungovalo.

Good location, nice appartment, well equipped.

Perfect heating system, clean, quiet, fully equipped cuisine, fast internet. Conformable enough.

Path from the main road to the property was muddy. Even it is short, pass on was not easy especially with ski shoes...

1 . good location of the house, close to the main road , around 150m. you can take the ski bus from Cajetinska Cesma, 7min walking. I recommend the use of the ski-bus in order to avoid the problems with the parking near the ski area! “food market” is situated at 10 min walking, you can buy water and food there. 2. the wi-fi was medium-good , among the medium compared with other accommodation in Kopaonik area! 3. The heating is OK, when you don't have electrical power failures! We experienced a bad time in the first night when the pellet boiler installed in the entrance corridor was down due to the lack of power so we had around 10 degree C in the rooms brrr... 4. The parking place is close to the main road, 60 m, from the apartment you need to walk around 40m to reach your car. When is snowing I don't recommend to go with the car in the parking! Any way the host helper, Milanko , can help you to get out with a big excavator :) 5. The owner is ready to help when you need. If you need some things just ask and they will try to help you. Branislav agreed to allow us to have a late check-out after we come back from the ski area. This was nice and helpful for us. A big plus regarding the accommodation. Important advice: if the snow is falling strong I kindly recommend to avoid the parking in the front of the house, is better to leave the car in the up parking near the main street!

The worst thing was represented by the SMOKE! At 30m of the house we have a chimney from another building which use fuel oil or diesel fuel for the heating, so you can not open the windows for ventilation of the house!!! We where almost intoxicated when we open the windows in the first night, after this experience we followed the chimney...and open the window when the polluting chimney was off. Also due to EU norm the installation of the pellet boiler in the house is prohibited! But Serbia is not part of EU yet...from time to time even the pellet boiler pull away some smoke inside... In order to help the owner to improve the quality of accommodation I suggest some things where is place for better: **There is Need for a for place where the ski equipment can be deposited. If more then 2 guest accommodate you will have problem with the ski eqs. boots, clothes, others... ** MISSING FIRE EXTINGUISHER, I consider important to have such a preventive tool due to the fact that all walls and furniture are wood based. ** In the kitchen area the absence of the furniture and the shelf's to deposit the food and other stuff can be annoying. ** A lot of fly where also accommodated in the same period in the flat :) I think a small disinsectisation will solve this problem. ** the bathroom has no window or ventilation by fan ... the toilet is there ... medium place for accommodation, medium quality of the living space recommended for people who enjoy skiing and don't care to much about facilities!
