It was super easy to get the keys. Raffaele was so kind to meet us late (we came in with last ferry) to hand over the keys and give us an introduction to the house and its facilities. In general, Raffaele was such a considerate host and we had great communication.
The house had a fantastic location with an absolutely amazing view! It was close to a bus stop, so you could rather easily get around the island without a car. And it was also close to several nice beaches with cozy cafes, a fishmonger, a supermarket etc.
We made dinner at home a few nights (and enjoyed it on the lovely terrace with the amazing view), and we missed some basic tools for the kitchen. Other than that, everything was great!

Tutto perfetto,
Villa veramente panoramica con 3 stanze da letto (5 posti), salone immenso, cucina abitabile, terrazza meravigliosa, barbecue, 2 bagni, doccia fuori all’ingresso post spiaggia…..
C’è una salita ripida di circa 300 metri dalla statale ma poi la vista è meravigliosa.
Sulla statale a 20 m c'è la fermata dei pulmini che sono attimi per muoversi in tutta lisola.
Il centro di Forio si raggiunge in 10 min col pulmino.
Dalla villa a piedi comunque in 15 min si arriva alla spiaggia di San Montano (una tra le più belle) e al parco termalel Negombo, 18 min per il centro di lacco Ameno , 10 min (1 fermata di pulmino) ai giardini Mortella.
Il sig. Raffaele ci ha fatto trovare anche casse d'acqua (molto gradita), succhi e merendine per la colazione

Renting the entire villa with a beautiful view of the island, the sea and the boats. Five minutes from the bus stop that will take you anywhere on the island. The climb to the villa is short but intense on a new asphalt road. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, San Montano beach is the most beautiful beach on the island - a wide sandy beach, a gradual entrance to the water, sheltered from the waves and warm water. The host is super friendly and helpful, he wants you to feel at home. He repeatedly brought us lemons from his own garden, our son loved them. We will definitely come back.

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Wohnung groß, hell, ruhig gelegen. Küche (bis auf Spülmaschine) gut ausgestattet. Super Blick von Terasse auf die Bucht und das gegenüber liegende Festland. Schöner Strand in 10 bis 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Rückweg bergauf etwas anstrengend. Privatparkplatz für kleinere PKW vorhanden.
