The apartment is very modern and clean, with great kitchen facilities and a nice shower. It feels fresh, stylish, and well-maintained. There’s also a lovely outdoor space where you can sit and enjoy a meal. Supermarkets are conveniently close by.
The owner was very attentive and helpful — he gave us lots of great recommendations, including where to go on the beach, which thermal gardens to visit, and even suggested a local hairdresser. He also arranged a scooter for us at a reasonable extra cost, which made getting around much easier.
The only downside is that the apartment is located uphill, so getting there on foot — especially in hot weather — can be quite exhausting. I hadn’t realised this when booking. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ischia by car or planning to rent a car or scooter during their stay.

Friendly hosts, ready to help anytime. Spacious sun terrace with citrus trees and beautiful views of the sea and mountains. The apartments are clean and comfortable.
Not enough dishwasher and kettle. For big family it take more times to wash dishes and cook.

The host is very welcoming and helpful to make sure your stay on the island is exactly how you like it. The terrace of the property is lovely, and the kitchen well equipped. If you plan to cook at home, here you can.
It was requested to bring out the garbage, a schedule was provided what kind of garbage was collected each day. As we had only two bins to our disposal, whereas six different kinds of garbage had to be separated, this didn't really work out practically. The shower was not very spacious.
