Deva's house is the ideal place if you want to spend a few days of vacation in complete relaxation. The house is located on the hill above the bay of San Montano, near the Negombo thermal park. The center of Lacco Ameno and the bus stop are about a kilometer away. Deva's house is welcoming, quiet and cool because it is surrounded by nature.
The Bay of San Montano with its bathing establishment or the Negombo Park can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Apartment in a villa equipped with all comforts (satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, small appliances, air conditioning in the living room and in a bedroom). The house has a living room with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, laundry.
In front of the house there is a patio with a bench, table and chairs where you can have your breakfast or your meals. There is also a shaded garden with a gazebo under which there is a table and chairs.
For your car there is a place covered by a canopy.

The house has most of what you might need for a great family holiday 5 minutes’ walk from a wonderful golden beach. The host is helpful and flexible. Lacco Ameno (the nearby town) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes but a rental car comes in handy if you don’t have patience to wait for buses.

Really nice part of the island and great local beach amd thermal pools. Lovely village with great restaurants. Very steep roads if not driving. There is air con but not allowed to use it which was strange. Seemed well equipped but we didnt eat in. Bit basic amd a bit dark but perfect for what we needed.

We enjoyed our time at marinas place, she was very helpful. The house is in a quiet area close to the beach and the city. You don’t need a car if you don’t mind walking for 15 minutes. However, from the pictures we saw on the internet we expected it to be brighter (one room has hardly any daylight) and the garden needs some work, we didn’t use it at all, but we liked the terrace! The kitchen is well-equipped and offers enough space for 5-6 people!

We found the location of the apartment very charming, in the midst of the forest above Lacco Ameno. It' s very close to the amazing thermal baths of Negombo. We spent a week in the place, were welcomed by the lovely owner, Signora Marina, and had no space problems despite being four adults and three children! The garden of the house is also nice ... We would be glad to be back!
