Beautiful property 10 min from San Gimignano.
The property was clean and well kept, room was spotless. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast outside in the morning.

The location is right in the middle of vineyards and olive tree plantations, on the sunny hills of Tuscany, close to San Gimignano, a great base for explorations by car.
The rooms looked clean and well maintained and the pool seemed very inviting.
Unfortunately, the room we rented was too small for us (two adults with a teenager) so we had to cancel the stay. Manfredi, the host, was very accommodating to make an exception and allow us to cancel penalty-free although we booked a “no cancellation” policy.
He was also very nice and helped us locate a more suitable place so we could better enjoy our holiday. Thank you very much, sir!

Breakfast was great. View was beautiful. Fan in the bathroom - a rarity.
Pictures when we booked didn’t reflect what we received. Air Con purifying needed cleaning. Pity about the Torrential rain.
