Spacious apartament with all the necessay equipment for a one-night stay

Safe and secure parking in underground parking garage. Contactless check-in and check-out. Spacious bathroom and toiletries. Washing machine is also a great advantage. Spacious apartament with all the necessay equipment for a one-night stay passing through Suwałki.

It was rather difficult to find the correct underground parking garage in the dark, but not too difficult.

Perfect for travellers to and from Poland!

The location is perfect, the apartment is also a top modern styled, a host is very nice and friendly. Clean and cosy rooms, good kitchen and lots of grocery stores near by.

Our daughter has allergy to feathers of birds, and the pillows were feather. She was fine for 1 night, but for the longer time it would be an issue.

It's allowed to smoke on balcony, Smart TV for Netflix or YouTube, Underground parking with distant remote, Kitchen with water boiler, microwave oven and electric stove, fridge is bigger than in most of hotels. Private appartement, owners speak both English and Russian languages. Just have to precise that at reservation.

10min walk from closest cafeteria. So close by with a car. Better to call half hour before arrival so owner can meet You there. Mention with which car You are coming so they can find You easily. In my eyes it's not bad, more informative.

Amazing place for it's price.

All in all it was really nice place to stay the night, even though we came in quite late. Shame we couldn't stay but hopefully we will be back cause it was awesome. Owners are really helpful and understanding so it was really nice to see that.

Very cozy and clean apartment, modern design. Big TV with Netflix. Parking place in a basement included. Small kitchen with everything that's needed. Very nice host. No problems at all. The bed is not large.

Pillows were a bit too soft for my personal taste and the blanket could have been a bit larger as it was meant for two people but I didn't fit under it.

Puikiai praleidom laiką. Apartamentai labai švarūs, yra viskas ko reikia. Šeimininkas nuostabus, leido apsigyventi valanda anksčiau ir išvykti vėliau, nes buvo naujametinis laikotarpis. Pats atvežė naujas taures šampanui, parodė požeminio parkingo vietą (nes truputį sudėtinga rasti įvažiavimą).

Przestronny, czysty apartament. Dobra lokalizacja w nowym budynku. Spora dostępność sklepów codziennych w okolicy. Parking podziemny ze sporą ilością miejsca do parkowania. Sąsiedztwo spokojne. Suwałki w ogóle dobrze zorganizowane - i mają żółto-zielone autobusy jak w P-niu (to o czymś świadczy). Urząd miejski to jakiś wzór - zero interesantów, cisza i spokój... ehhh ;P

Останавливаемся в этом месте транзитом уже не первый раз. Всё отлично. Прекрасная коммуникация с собственником. Бесконтактное заселение. Парковка либо у подъезда,либо подземная. Нас всё устраивает . Рекомендуем.

Одно Одеяло на двуспальной кровати. Не все пары спят под общим одеялом.)))

Comodo, ma con qualche problema da risolvere

Monolocale al piano rialzato di un palazzone moderno alla periferia di Suwałki. Arriva messaggio (e-mail) con codici per entrare e prendere le chiavi. Accesso facile con pochi gradini, ma c'è anche l'ascensore. Parcheggio riservato nel garage sotterraneo, accesso con telecomando, ma abbiamo trovato sempre anche nel più vicino parcheggio pubblico. Localizzazione comoda per andare velocemente in macchina in centro. In cucina fornelli elettrici, frigo, forno, forno a microonde e bollitore. In un armadio c'è la lavatrice. Letto con materasso comodo. Bel bagno comodo con varie possibilità di illuminazione, phon e pattumierina, bene! Divano abbastanza comodo. Balcone ("a terra"). Bambini che giocano spensierati nel parchetto giochi. Wi-fi OK.

l'SMS non è più di moda, le istruzioni per entrare arrivano solo via e-mail. Io le manderei anche per SMS. L'affaccio è su un pezzetto di cortile e altro palazzone, non felicissimo. Diverse luci e interruttori non funzionanti, ad esempio una abat jour del letto, la luce d'ambiente dietro la TV, la luce del balcone. Balcone sporco. L'attrezzatura della doccia (rubinetti, tubo, "telefono") necessita di pulizia profonda. Un po' di polvere e ragnatele qua e là. La lavatrice funziona, ma si scuote in modo impressionante. La TV è difettosa, ha una dominante blu da una parte che rovina la visione. è ora di mandarla in pensione. Per coprirsi a letto c'è solo un piumino pesante e corto, serve più scelta! E meglio due coperte separate, a volte moglie e marito hanno esigenze diverse.

Appartement was groot genoeg voor met ze tweeën. Het Appartement was ook schoon en netjes toen we arriveerde en werden door de host ook geweldig geholpen.

Dobry apartament na przedmieściach Suwałk

Apartament bardzo ładny w nowym bloku, duży balkon. W zasięgu kilku minut pieszo sklepy Biedronka i Lewiatan. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona we wszystkie sprzęty - mikrofala, piekarnik, płyta grzewcza, czajnik, pralka.

Zdecydowanie za słaba izolacja akustyczna. Bardzo słychać sąsiadów, co może być problemem dla osób wrażliwych na hałas. Właściciel mógłby nieco bardziej zadbać o sprawdzenie udogodnień przed wydaniem pokoju - brak płynu do mycia naczyń, niecałe dwie rolki papieru na pięciodniowy pobyt dla dwóch osób.
