Beautiful, well-maintained surroundings; access to a swimming pool. Very hot water is coming out of the tap.
Everything is a bit worn and could use a master's touch. The staircase leading to the second floor isn't the safest.

Houses looks fresh from outside and area tidy
Dangerous stairs, blockage in shower and therefor water leakage on the floor, dirty water in pond so not suitable for swimming, mattresses too soft, electric kettle full with limescale. The place needs more love
