Удобное месторасположения. Чисто. Аккуратно. Будто приезжаешь в свой дом из детства. Приятно было утром посидеть в зале и выпить кофе. Красивая территория.
Шумоизоляция слабая. Не хватает шампуня и геля для душа. Но за такую цену, это не критично.
