I had booked and paid for accommodation at Hotel Lila, expecting the corresponding level of comfort. However, during a phone conversation, the owner redirected me, without any explanation, to a room at Hotel Cyprian, which was of a noticeably lower standard. There was also considerable noise outside the window throughout the night, possibly from a nearby factory, which seriously disturbed my sleep. As I was tired and confused by the situation, I did not challenge the decision at the time. My complaint is not about the money. It is about the way I was treated as a customer and what I consider to be discriminatory treatment by the owner.
