Bardzo przytulne i czyste mieszkanie, blisko dworca kolejowego (podróżujący pociągiem), pod blokiem można zostawić rowery w stojaku (podróżujący z rowerami).
Okolica nie należy do najcichszych (ruch samochodowy, niedaleko galeria handlowa), ale - jak ktoś lekko śpi - można zamknąć okno.

Bardzo miła właścicielka (która przekazywała klucze), świetna lokalizacja, bez problemu można dojść z PKP z bagażami pieszo. Tuż obok galeria handlowa, a okolica jest spokojna i cicha. Samo mieszkanie czyste, świetnie wyposażone, nie ma się do czego przyczepić.
