Excellent apartment!

Instruction how to get into apartment available only in Polish - using Translator still not all parts were understandable. So good accidentally met neighbour managed to help me. Recommend to be able to provide also English version.

Superb

A great spacious balcony, equipped bathroom and kitchen, comfortable sofa. The new project building is very beautiful and clean. Overall, a very quiet region, we slept like babies:) Also equipped with AC for hot days.

The only minus is that the construction of the building complex continues quite close. Otherwise it's a very clean and beautiful building.

The only thing that I didn’t like is that all decoration pillows, blankets smelled pretty badly and couldn’t use them.

For our purpose it was good. Chekin in late hours or early is great feature.

Apartment was new, spacious, cousy, for 5 people, to stay overnight to rest for a long journey. Great and very big balcony for some special cases. Everything we needed was there.

As always, in Poland, the problem is communication. Managing international travelers you should use English language at least, to my humble mind, verbally or electronically. More definite explanation on how to use entering codes for outdoor gates is necessary, the intercom did not have English interface, I guess. Often arrival happens during the night..a lot of hassle, luckily there is always somebody around.....

Wszystkiego było perfekcyjnie przygotowane. Super kontakt z właścicielką, sms ze wszystkimi informacjami dwie godziny przed meldunkiem. W apartamencie czysto, świetne wyposażenie. Zamknięte osiedle, własne miejsce parkingowe. Świetne miejsce na bazę wypadową do zwiedzania okolic.

Dobre mieszkanie na krótki pobyt w Suwałkach

Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba. Był ekspres do kawy i kapsułki i zwykła kawa, herbata, cukier, sól i tacka cukierków czekoladowych na powitanie. Pod prysznicem ciepła woda z dobry ciśnieniem. Miejsce parkingowe tuż przed wejściem do klatki. Winda działała. Bezproblemowy kontakt z gospodarzem przez telefon i sms.

Okna tylko od wschodu a rolety i zasłonki słabo przyciemniające, więc nie byłem w stanie długo spać, bo za jasno. Dodatkowo to ostatnie piętro więc się szybko nagrzewało - jest zainstalowana klimatyzacja ale jej nie używałem, bo nie nagrzało się aż tak. Materac był dla mnie za miękki - ale to już co kto lubi.

Czysty przestronny apartament ale pytajcie o ręczniki i pościel :)

Apartament w nowym czystym osiedlu zamykanym na bramę , dedykowane miejsce parkingowe. Duży balkon, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, miły akcent od gospodarzy w postaci cukierków na stoliku rtv. Winda , czystość , spokojna okolica. Jest również klimatyzacja co jest miłym zaskoczeniem choć nie korzystaliśmy. Generalnie warty polecenia !

Niestety nie doczytaliśmy iż ręczniki oraz pościel to "dodatkowa opcja" . Pierwszy raz w cenie apartamentu nie było takich podstawowych rzeczy jak ręczniki i pościel. Uważamy iż w cenie powinno być to zawarte. Nigdzie nie spotkaliśmy sie z takim rozwiązaniem zatem warto dopytać przed wynajmem. Dodatkowo w łazience również brak podstawowych żelów pod prysznic ale to już coś czego nie wymagam jako "must have". W sypialni brakuje stolików przy łóżku , całe wyposażenie choć czyste to widać iż używane i skompletowane niekoniecznie w sposób praktyczny. W okolicy niestety brak sklepów typu żabka , najbliższa biedronka to 20 minut spaceru :) Centrum również daleko :)

świetna lokalizacja w podróży, spędziłem dwie noce, mieszkanie z dużym tarasem (balkonem) i klimatyzacją, powinno podobać się na dłuższe pobyty, duży plus to miejsca parkingowe bezpośrednio przed wejściem, osiedle chronione, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką
