About this villa rental
Panorea Villa is a new modern 4-bedroom Villa with a private pool and five bathrooms, 300 meters from the lovely sandy beach of Agia Marina. A tavern can be found at 50 meters away, a supermarket at 250 meters away, and many more shops, restaurants and cafes in short walking distance. The old town of Chania is about 9 km away.
Panorea Villa is built in four levels, offering four bedrooms, five bathrooms and lovely sea views. An open plan living room area with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a shower bathroom are provided on the pool level. A big electric kitchen, a big refrigerator, a microwave and a dishwasher are available. One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom is also offered on this floor.
The first floor of the Villa has one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with two single beds which can be converted to a double bed, if needed. Two en-suite shower bathrooms and a beautiful furnished balcony are also available.
The top floor of the Villa features one more double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. Free wireless internet, air conditioning and a washing machine are provided. A small gym area is also available on the basement level of the Villa.
A private pool of about 18 sq m with a separate children pool, sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a shaded outdoor dining area are offered in the beautiful courtyard.
Agia Marina is a popular seaside town with a long sandy beach with water sports and pool bars, many restaurants, shops, super markets, cafes and every day amenities within walking distance from the Villa. Public transport to Chania is easy and frequent and the bus stop is 250 meters away.
