God beliggenhed i forhold til strand. God størrelse værelser. Pæne toiletter. Fint køkken. Pænt og rent. Dejligt med rengøring og nye håndklæder midt på ugen. Rigtig god service - det vi manglede kom straks. Vi havde mulighed for late check out.
Lidt slidt. Sengene kunne have været bedre. Vi manglede dyner (i stedet for lagner). Toilet på 1. sal have været rart, i stedet for 2 køkkener. Poolen på taget var lidt kedelig - ikke så stor, hvis alle ville være der samtidig.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sandy Villas. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The house was beautiful, spotless and super spacious. Excellent location on the beach and in the heart of beautiful Agia Marina. We will be back!!

The house/villa itself is beautiful and well laid out, good beds and bathrooms/showers. The location is convenient, close to shops and many many restaurants. The area is very noisy and touristy - which can or cannot suit you. The roof terrace is wonderful, but you have to take into account that there is a lot of noise from the busy road that is right next to it. We were in Villa Miami, which is closest to the street. Maybe it is better in the other villas.
We felt the maintenance of the house left a lot to be desired. We had a faulty very noisy device outside next to the roof terrace, which made a lot of noise and kept us awake. They weren't able to fix it - my husband ended up fixing it himself by shutting down the fuse that supplied its electricity after a week of waking up every 3 minutes to the noise. The lights by the pool were not working, this was partially fixed (the lights IN the pool never worked).
Villa Miami had NO internet - this was not fixed nor compensated for. We had to use the neighbouring villa's internet which is not ideal, obviously, with too many people using it. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped, with not enough silverware or glasses, bowls etc. We were given a few extra glasses by the cleaining lady, but decided against cooking full meals because of the lack of utensils.
We were in frequent communication with the office, but most issues were not solved. In the end a lady came by to collect the money, who then reacted surprised and said she was not aware of any of our complaints, so not sure how the management of the villas is actually organised. All in all: house ok / fine, but service level not up to speed with the high price.
