About this villa rental
Exclusive 5 Bedroom villa is a magnificent property of excellent quality, build in the best possible location in the western part of Crete.
Very close to all kind of amenities, including a beautiful sandy beach, and at the same time at a quiet neighborhood.
The basic characteristic of this property is the view from the pool area that we are sure you are going to love!

Ground Floor (independent 2 bedroom apartment)
– A Living Room.
– A Fully Equiped kitchen.
– A Bedroom with a double bed.
– A Bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom.
– A common bathroom.
All rooms have direct access to the lawned garden.
Pool Level
– Open plan Living Room with direct access to the pool area and magnificent panoramic view.
– An open plan fully equiped kitchen.
– A Bedroom with a double bed.
– A bathroom with shower.
First Floor
– A Bedroom with 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom and 2 balconies (one facing north and one facing south).
– A Bedroom with 2 single bedswith ensuite bathroom and 2 balconies (one facing north and one facing south).
– An attic with vaulted ceiling with a large corner sofa where 2 adults can comfortably sleep.
– A Common Bathroom.
– 2 Verandas.
Villa’s Exterior
– Large private swimming poolsun loungers and patio furniture.
– BBQ facilities.
– A 3000 sqm private plot with olivetrees and lawn.
– A secure parking space for 6 cars.

– The rate indicated is calculated for 12 guests, the additional guests will be charged 25 euros/person/night.
– There is an additional charge of 15 euros/day environmental tax that has to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Amazing location - five minutes drive to the beach and the Agia Marina neighborhood, stores, supermarkets, etc. In the same time we enjoyed full privacy and tranquility. Five fully furnished bedrooms with private bathrooms - nicely designed and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might think of and beyond. Our kids enjoyed the perfectly maintained pool and the garden - so many different plants and flowers, surrounded by a genuine olive forest. Not to mention the view!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Anastasia!

Villa Geana was a very nice villa, situated in a quiet neighborhood, but not far from the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa was clean and very well maintained. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The best recommendation from the Eidsnes and the Bruviks

Our stay in the Villa can simply be described as a great experience!
The hosts are very professional and made sure that we have everything needed in order to enjoy our stay and feel like home.
This property will definitely remain in our favourites list and we are looking forward to visit Chania again soon!
