整體環境乾淨、舒適安靜、進出方便、有提供停車位，離文華市場算近，吃算方便。
民宿主人聯絡我們時使用的管道較單一（用電話），若因故無法即時聯絡時，也可以考慮透由平台來聯繫。

房間很大，很乾淨，有電梯，有冰箱，安靜舒適！
桌子，椅子不夠，買東西回來吃，怕弄髒床單，只能坐地上吃！

1. 地點
不算很偏遠，有停車位但不好停，是停在樓下門外處。
去完夜市回來後有一台BMW停在路邊擋路，雖然還是可以停車但很難停，還有花瓶、機車等等的會擋在那...要考驗駕駛技術。
如果不想停那邊，附近是有一個停車場，要走一段路。
2. 床鋪
很難睡....
這真的很難給好評.....
3. 隔音
樓上的一直用腳跟在走路，隔音很差，隔壁開門關門都聽得很清楚。
4. 設備
房間裡面有個很大的空間，放行李很好，但是只有一個很小的茶几，跟我怕移動會吵到別人的沙發，無法坐在沙發上看電視，因為他跟電視是L型的擺放法，只好站在電視機前面看。又為了怕吃東西會弄到床，只好站在電視機前面端著食物....
5. 浴室設備
有浴霸但不能用，浴室沒有窗戶，如果上完廁所沒關門，冷氣剛剛好把廁所味道吹到整個房間....
