Constant odor from the sewer pipe in the shower stall, we were forced to keep the shower door closed so as not to smell this

Pire personnel jamais eu. Membre Genius ayant utilisé booking de nombreuses fois et je n’ai jamais parlé à une personne
L’appartement est conforme aux photos. La chambre donne sur l’autre côté du boulevard donc pas bruyante.
Le lieu pour récupérer et déposer les clés est à 10min du logement (donc 20 min aller-retour) et cela n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce. J’ai demandé à laisser les clés à l’intérieur de l’appartement, dans une boîte aux lettres ou dans une boîte à clé à la porte de l’appart et cela m’a été refusé. J’ai incité expliquant que j’avais une contrainte le matin et je n’ai pas eu de réponse. J’ai donc laissé les clés à l’intérieur et ils ont encaissé 15€ de ma caution pour non respect de la procédure de Check out. J’ai contacté une responsable qui m’a répondu “ils sont sympa d’encaisser que 15€” et “si vous voulez perdre du temps pour 15€, vous pouvez déclencher une procédure”.
