Disappointing

There was not enough coffee.

There was a leak in the toilet and every 2 minutes a noise of running water.

highly overpriced for such poor conditions

located close to public transportation

unhygienic: towels and linens were stale smelling, and the kitchen cloth and dirty sponge was still wet from previous use when we arrived inconvenient: the main door fob key to the building didn’t work so the only way to enter the building was through the underground garage parking- then can only get the apartment on the 4th floor by stairs because the elevator was out of service.

Very good

Appartment is big enough for 1-2 people and comfortable. Location is perfect near city center and train station. Really appreciate the great communication with the host who replied always on time and tried to help with all the queries.

Noisy appliances during the night, broken elevator during my stay and a tiny shower.

Decent for a budget (50e/night) stay

The checkin and location were easy and great. We paid around 50e per night which was a reasonable price for the conditions.

The primary items (like bedsheets and towels) looked clean, even though extremely old. Otherwise the place was quite dirty with the toilet running and the iron having plastic molten onto it. A good regular deep cleaning and a swap of sheets could improve this place a lot

L'emplacement + le parking

L’emplacement du logement est idéal, pas loin du centre-ville (environ 20–25 minutes à pied) et juste à côté de la gare SNCF, ce qui est très pratique si vous arrivez en train. Gros point positif : le parking souterrain, la voiture est en sécurité. Concernant le logement, il est très simple et fait plutôt penser à un logement étudiant. Rien n’a vraiment changé depuis ma dernière visite en 2013 (j'ai habitué dans cette résidence pendant 8 mois). Les instructions d’arrivée sont claires, avec une vidéo expliquant où se trouve la boîte à clés, ce qui est appréciable. Pour 1 ou 2 nuits, le logement est tout à fait correct. Merci pour le café ☕️

Les oreillers sont à revoir / à changer.

Il letto era fatto con delle lenzuola indecenti (bucate e con macchie vecchie). Abbiamo chiesto il cambio delle lenzuola all’host e ce le ha mandate ma non abbiamo potuto usarle perché erano ancora umide e troppo stropicciate. Gli asciugami erano vecchi e usandoli lasciavano un brutto odore. La doccia era piccola e con la tenda, quindi il bagno si allaga completamente. Le ante dell’armadio erano rotte. Credo che pagando un servizio questo debba essere dignitoso. Inoltre il sistema per ottenere le chiavi e’ machiavellico .
