The location is excellent and very central, making it highly convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, having a washing machine with detergent capsules provided, along with an ironing board and a drying rack, is a major plus. The presence of air conditioning is also a great amenity. Overall, the prime location is the main highlight of the property.

There is a significant amount of street noise. Since the room is located on the mezzanine/ground floor right on the street and lacks proper soundproofing, sleeping can be quite difficult. The self-check-in process on the arrival night was very challenging; a button malfunctioned and blocked access, and no support was available via the phone line, making the arrival after a long trip quite exhausting. It is also worth noting that there are a few stairs right at the entrance before reaching the elevator, which can be difficult with heavy luggage. Furthermore, there was no coffee machine available, despite being shown in the photos. There was no separate shampoo provided, only a body wash. Lastly, there were cleanliness issues, as some hairs and dirt were found on the sheets, and the mattress appeared to have mold in certain spots.

The room is completely clean and comfortable, there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, electric stove, TV, this is a big plus for tourists traveling for several days. Also, the location of the hotel is very convenient, almost in the center🥰🥰✨

Also among the minuses I can mention the soundproofing behind the windows 7/10. And the fact that there were ants in the shower stall in the room

Todo en general. La ubicación es muy buena, el baño es grande y la casa estaba calentita. Además, todo funcionaba correctamente.

La terraza da a la zona de cubos de basura y hay muchas palomas, aunque tiene una red para evitar que entren. Las almohadas son más bien cojines, deberían mejorarlas.

Very good location, there is a supermarket downstairs, some food locations - restaurants and fast food; very modern equipment, looks very pleasant, 1st floor so easy access

Poor communication from property; did not collect data on second guest - redused the card because “didn’t match traveller’s name”, though matched second guest; shower poorly functional- leaking through the door, overhead sprayer not working and there was no info; soap and shower gel containers present but empty; mattress or bed completely unusable- deformed into V shape which caused us to roll down to the center, very uncomfortable. Moved the mattress onto the floor for the second night and ended up with terrible back pain after the stay. Communication in Polish while we were contacting them in English; found proofing is very poor, you wilm hear everything from their neighbouring apartments, same with the fridge which is quite loud and also 2 meters from the bed.
