Great sized room, really friendly staff with great facilities - kitchen and laundry access. Also felt very safe and secure for a place without permanent reception/staff which was a concern before arrival. Really good location, 5 minute walk to station and short walk to Dragon Bridge/main square.

The location was excellent, close to the bus station and also the old town. The room and shared areas (toilets, kitchen) were clean, spacious, and well-furnished. I appreciated that there was a washing machine and drying racks for guests to use. The check-in process was fuss-free and the host was helpful and friendly.
