Clean, good facilities, kitchen and bathroom, and most comfortable bed in all my travels!
As others have said the floors in the entire place are very noisy and creaky! I didn’t mind but I was self conscious that I was always disturbing others in the flat when I was walking around. Really the only downside of the place.

Impeccable cleanliness, fairly quiet area and easy to reach. The air conditioning in the room is excellent and quite necessary at this time of year
As mentioned in many other reviews, the floor is very noisy, so if you’re a light sleeper this place may not be for you. Also, watch out for the steps at the entrance of the building

The room was quite spacious with lot of windows. The bed was very comfortable. The AC was working well. The check in process was seamless. The staff was very communicative. It was exactly as specified in the booking.com website.
