Zakopane is beautiful and the owner of this hotel was amazing. He was so helpful and even made an early breakfast for us one day when we had to depart before regular breakfast hours. Breakfast every day was awesome and local cuisine. Our room was clean and larger than most with a nice view of the Tatras. We had a sink and a little fridge for our drinks a table and a little sofa. It was very much chalet style with tons of natural light. Quiet and away from the crowds.
This was a small chalet, so there was no elevator. We had to carry our bags up to the 4th floor, just take this into consideration when booking your room. Also, there are no curtains and it gets light around 4:45, bring a sleeping mask. Lastly, our top room had a couple of low ceiling sections, like over the bed and sofa. Watch your head if you are tall.

The location is very convenient and close to the centre. The room was clean and everything was well prepared for our arrival.
The jacuzzi was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Initially there was some confusion regarding access, as no specific time restrictions were mentioned in the offer. However, after we contacted the owner, he was accommodating and arranged access for us without any issues. We appreciated the responsiveness and willingness to resolve the situation.
The room was quite small, which made the space feel a bit limited for a two-night stay.
Additionally, clearer information about jacuzzi access hours in the listing would avoid misunderstandings in the future.
