Perfect hotel and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Zakopane, the rooms are lovely and clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Amazing views from the hotel and very reasonable prices! This was the second time we stayed and won’t be the last.

Pretty mountain-style buildings. Great breakfast with the custom egg-dish options. Kind staff. The mini-spa was quiet and good for a little relax.
The twin beds were extremely narrow and the room was outdated with no details - not even a tea package.

Mountain view stated at booking was not actually visible in room 103.
